ORDERED NEW GLASS AND SEAL 0N THE 5TH GOT A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH IS CLEARLY FAKE TRIED TO CALL AND EMAIL NO REPLAY TO ANY DISGUSTING THE HAVE REPORTED THEM AND THEY NEED CLOSING DOWN I AM EVEN TEMPTED TO DRIVE DOWN THERE THEY EVEN GOT THE CHEEK TO SET UP ANOTHER SISTER COMPANY CALLED WOODBURNING STOVES SO YET ANOTHER SCAM SITE AS SAME PHONE NUMER AND CONTACT DETAILS
Ordered on the 20th May and never received my order. I chased and chased- no answers to my emails. Left plenty of answer messages as no one picked up. Eventually someone picked up and sent me a photo saying they had delivered. Photo could have been on the moon with no clarifying details. They agreed to resend with Parcelforce and I have heard nothing since. Tried again to call and left voice mails - tried email but have now given up. £50 spent nothing to show for it. Do not use.
Placed a order beginning of august 21 not a big order took my money still not arrived . When I ring I get a message saying this mail box is full or a man saying please leave your name and number and I will call you back . They take your money and then go silent waste of space do not buy off this company you will lose your money
As per other reviews I stupidly bypassed checking company out first and ordered new glass door for my wood burner on the 1st September and received reply would be 3-5 days delivery and received Hermes tracking number.Now two weeks later Hermes still awaiting the glass to deliver and only getting answering machine when I ring chasing it up.For the level of service problems go to another company and hopefully I will receive my glass before they cease trading.
Much the same story as the rest of the reviews. Ordered the glass, got a few emails including a Hermes tracking number. Tracking constantly said Expecting Parcel. Emailed and rang with no reply to email and phone going straight to answer phone. Looked at these reviews which made me feel a right tool! I rang my bank, who were brilliant, and informed me that under the financial code (that Stoveglass_direct signed up to) I have 125 days to claim a refund if I don't receive my goods. So they refunded me and said that Stoveglass-direct now have to dispute the claim (good luck with that). Its a shame because if the company said that there were delays or something I would have waited.
Like all the other reviews below me....I should have checked what other customers said about this company. Place your order, take your money then never hear another word back from themYOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!!! an absolute disgrace taking people's hard earnt money!!!I too will be reporting you so nobody else is conned from your company.
