SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE.DO NOT USE Stoveglass-Direct.co.uk. Proprietor Richard Musgrove, 20 Rochdale Rd. Sowerby Bridge HX6 3NE. 01422 831413. Money taken immediately on order but goods never arrive. Emails and telephone calls are unanswered. Appears to be a complete scam.
I ordered replacement stove glass on the 9th December. Two weeks later no product received and no communication from the company. I phoned and left a message (23rd Dec) but received no response. I did wonder if it was a seasonal problem and that they were simply inundated with orders. I then looked at the reviews out of curiosity and began to think that I too had been conned. I intended to put on a bad review after Christmas...... Out of the blue on the 29th the stove glass arrived, fitted easily and perfectly and we have enjoyed our wonderful multi fuel burner ever since. Thank you Stoveglass for eventually coming up with the goods. A little brushing up on the communication element of your business would have enabled me to give more stars. Caz
This person has done exactly the same to me will not answer nothing i canceled the order of £51.67 week later i had an email from worldpay that i would receive £13.95 refund not good enough i want the rest of it £37.72 I'm on your case mister.
Ordered glass (fine and easy) getting in touch BEYOND RIDICULOUS, does not reply to emails does not respond to telephone call..............item despatched but never received....COME ON STOVE GLASS WAKE UP AND GET YOUR STALL SORTED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Avoid- After Ordering from this company who took the money straight away, 2 weeks later of no update the the “tracking” information sent via Hermes who were yet to receive the package from stove glass - direct. I attempted to contact them. No response to multiple emails and voicemails I have left. Absolute disgrace how this company has not been shut down after reading the other reviews, reported to trading standards.
Complete crooks.Waited four weeks for items to arrive. Nothing.Emailed them- no reply.Phoned and eventually got through. They checked my order number and said it had been sent out that day. It has not arrived.The reviews say it all. I should have rerad them before placing the order.
