Absolute con of a business…ordered…

Absolute con of a business…ordered stove glass from this company..waited 4/5 weeks for glass and when it was eventually delivered they had sent wrong glass..emailed & constantly phoned the company leaving messages but with no reply….stay away from this company…very unprofessional company with NO communication skills!!!!!😡

Dire company!

I ordered a number of items online in mid May. I have the order confirmed, the money was taken yet nothing at all has been delivered. Emails are ignored and it's pointless trying to phone - always 'busy dealing with other calls'.Steer clear!!22.6.2021 This review related to company;stoveglass-direct.co.uk which may be a different company.

Sadly I can't award 'zero stars'

Sadly I can't award 'zero stars'. Ordered 27th May, 3 attempts to contact them by email, both independently and via their website, multiple fruitless calls to their number with the message that the mailbox is full and a gleeful 'goodbye' before being cut off.Do not use this company!!! Next step trading standards and my bank to try to recover my money. Clearly acting as a clone of another reputable company.

Ordered replacement glass one month ago…

Ordered replacement glass one month ago today, No phone calls answered, no emails answered so decided to dispute transaction with bank. Then today after waiting 30 days Hermes delivered a parcel from stove glass-direct. The bad news it was in about ten pieces. Poor packaging indeed. Requested my money back.
