Oh how I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from these charlatans. Goods ordered and paid for a month ago, nothing received. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails to establish where my items are,have all been ignored. I have raised a payment dispute through my bank in an attempt to recover my debit card payment. Ineptitude or fraud? I don't know, but save yourself a lot of time and hassle by steering well clear of these people.

These people are crooks! Do not even consider buying from them unless you wish to give them your money & receive nothing in return. It would be nice to see them go out of business.

Do not use this company - no communication

Ordered apiece of glass for my woodburner on March 1st, have chased via email and phone messages with no result. Still no communication after 31 days. Answer phone always kicks in but very vague message and not convinced anyone even there!Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!!!

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. No delivery. No correspondence. We are having to take action with our bank for a refund. This company should be closed down.

Zero stars - awful service.Waited weeks for the new glass. In the end I had to collect from the shop.Then found out it was the wrong size! Now not answering the phone or emails.Avoid!

AVOID! Website states shipping is 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. This is a lie! Emailed 2 days after ordering, as I didn’t receive any communication, no reply, emailed again 2 days later to be told and I quote ‘ stove glass cut to size id 5 to 7 working days you should have received an email the glass will be with you next week’ it was like a 15 year old had wrote it! no apologies for the delay or lack of communication! Oh and this would be via evri not Royal Mail. Emailed again today to cancel the order as it was clear I wasn’t going to be receiving it anytime soon, to be told there was a delay due to ‘seasonal rush’ if your unable to fulfil the order in the given time the courteous thing to do is send out an email and update the website. Do not recommend one bit, if I could give one star I would!
