Stoveglass-Direct Scam

Stoveglass-Direct..Do not use this company, it is a scam company not to be confused with Stoveglass Direct.Placed an order for glass and received confirmation and debit card payment taken from my bank.No glass has been delivered, fake parcel force tracking number on the invoice, no response, from numerous emails requesting an update on my order. Contact number directed to a voicemail box which is full. Dispute raised with company and debit card payment cancelled with my bank.BEWARE, Don't be scammed by thus company.

Further to my previous review. After leaving a no nonsense message on the firms answerphone together with my order number I have today 22/11/21 received my glass. Nothing further to add other than order eventually fulfilled.

Will not deliver

Very fast processing of the order and payment taken. But they do not ship the order and do not respond to emails or calls to either the company email address or phone numbers or the details associated with the PayPal account.This appears to be a fraudulent company, do not under any circumstances order from them.
