Beware of this company. Don’t buy from them

I’ve recent been in touch with this company to let them know that the puffer jacket I bought for my daughter in December for Christmas has got a broken zip which means she can no longer zip it up. I was told that as it’s now not in packaging and the labels are removed I cannot return it for replacement or refund. I told them that in light of the consumer act 2015 as this is a damaged item you need to at least inspect it and then offer a Replacement or refund given that this is within a certain timeframe and it is effectively defective. They come back with the same message. I messaged them again repeating my plea but they are now ignoring me. Stay away from this company, I have now raised this with my credit card company to follow up with them, so I can get my money back and buy another coat to replace my daughters Christmas present. They have very poor customer service and clearly have very poor quality items given the amount of reviews that are all saying some to me. Don’t trust them, stay clear!!!

Absolutely terrible company so out of…

Absolutely terrible company so out of order the way they are treating customers, sent back a coat worth £55(paid extra £7 for sending it back) as it was too large but apart from that it wasn’t even the right coat! The one on the website had gold zips and details but the coat I received was all black, so I sent it back and still no refund they answered my first email but since then I have showed them proof of postage and that I know they received my order still no sign of a refund and blanking my emails. They have stolen money from me and are making money on the same item as I am sure they have re-sold it by now as I sent it back brand new. I am now in the process of taking this further than the company to get back my money and I hope other people in this same situation will do the same Avoid this company !!!!

Never got my refund money back!

SCAM!!! Dont order from here.I ordered 2 £70 coat and I returned 1 of them as was checking sizes. I did there refund process and the £70 came in to my account and it declined i messaged my bank and they said styled up need to process the payment again as they made a fault at there end. I messaged them on instagram and emailed them. The lady who owns it was so unbelievable rude! I explained the situation and she didnt listen and didnt check to see if the money had come into my bank, the same lady emailed me back saying dont email us. She then stated to ignore me and not help at all. She didn’t even check it!!!Don’t order from here its a scam!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was bought a puffer jacket from styled up for Christmas and after a month it started falling apart. I emailed & got a reply from Caitlyn to say that I was outside of the refund time frame. I went back to her to tell her that I wasn't looking for a refund, the item was faulty and I would like a replacement. A £98 coat shouldn't fall apart in a month. She replied with: The item has been worn, used and damaged, we cannot accept it in a return, please do read our return policy.Short, rude & terrible customer service.

Awful company- DO NOT USE!I ordered a coat and the one they sent me was different from the images on the website- I emailed them with photos as proof and they still were insisting they had sent me the item I ordered! Even though it was clear from the photographs it is not the coat I ordered! All they say is to return the item if you don’t want to keep it but this would have been at my own expense! Awful customer service, no acknowledgment they had sent me a different coat! Which is cheaper material and different design! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Awful company awful customer service

Wouldn’t even give one star if I had a choice. Awful customer service or lack of it. Spend over £100 got a faulty coat. Had to pay for return. Was promised a refund on the postage after that ignored my messages and that’s that. Nothing after no replies.

I ordered a coat for £70

I ordered a coat for £70, it cane on 27th December. It was fitting too close, so I packed it to return, I couldn't return as I got sick with a terrible chest infection and couldn't go out. January when I wrote them , no response from the website portal, I did twice. I later found an email and explained that I want to return the item which was in original packaging. They said 14 days pass and I cannot return, that they have strict return policy of 14 days, now I'm left stuck with a coat that cannot fit. Useless company. Beware, their sizes are run small. I did not had to try on the coat to know it was too small. BEWARE OF STYLEUP . DONT BUY.

I bought a puffer jacket for a female…

I bought a puffer jacket for a female relative. It was too short so planned to return and get a refund.The emails that I received from Caitlin indicated standard procedure as in return with the original tags and a refund will be received. I sent it registered post, it was signed for. I have a copy of the signed for receipt by the Royal Mail. The follow up communication with Styled up stated that although they signed for it, they didn’t have it so won’t refund. What kind of crap is that. Take that up with your staff, I had done the part that they asked. Absolute shambles and false customer service. So they not only have my money, but there product back to sell again. This matter will be resolved one way or another.

WARNING... COMPANY DISSOLVED

Company has dissolved!!! No surprise there.Bought coat for my daughter before Christmas. She wore it 12 times briefly and the sitching on the arm came apart.No refund or replacement offered. Even though faulty under consumer rights act.Company has been dissolved now but still selling goods!!!! Absolute waste of money!
