I was a little optimistic about ordering from this website after reading so many bad reviews and I'm safe to say I'm glad I took the risk and ordered. I ordered the bomber sweatshirt with zip and jogger lounge wear set in beige (size M). It fits perfectly, really comfortable, soft material and super fast delivery. I only ordered it a few days ago. I would highly recommend ordering from this company and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
This company is a joke. They sent me a coat that is smaller than a normal size 10 so it is not true yo size and I paid again yo return the item. Royal mail have shown proof it has been delivered but yet the company are saying they havnt received it and are refusing to give me back my money! Stay well clear of this company!!!!
The item was return signed for and was an order for over 100 pound paid for return postage and have not been advised either way if my parcel has been received for refund despite proof of postage will be contacting my bank tomorrow if I do not hear from this company.I will continue to update this review!!
Placed order on 21/04/2024 which was suppose to arrive before bank holiday . It did not arrive on time and when it did finally come after 2 weeks the dress zip was broken and contacted customer service for a refund but customer service Caitlin just quoted the returns policy and accused me of breaking it when trying it on as they “always check their stock before sending it off”. Styledup arent willing to issue a refund so have raise it to the bank as a scammer! BEWARE!
Sent me a ripped coat had to send it back told me they would refund me for the cost of sending it back and send out a new coat never sent out a new coat and never refunded me for the cost of sending it back sent me a email saying feel free to order another coat no thankyou reading these reviews
DO NOT BUY FROM STYLEUP.COM!! I wish I had read reviews on here before purchasing a coat for my daughter!!First a coat arrived but was faulty with the loop for the belt buckle being broken, sent it back and they refunded me..I purchased another and the same thing happened so I emailed and they offered again to refund however at my expense to return the coat although it’s faulty!! So my daughter decided to just keep it as she loved it and will make do with the broken buckle.. within 2 weeks the other loop has come off and I have noticed all stitching on the detail of the coat unravelling which cannot be repaired! So I emailed again and this time they replied that as the coat was worn and no tags they cannot refund as they already offered this option..Well for one it was easier for them and is for me to keep the coat rather then returning and reordering again but they don’t appreciate this the fact we kept a faulty coat in the first place, however after a week of wearing it and the stitching co coming out and other buckle loop has come off so no way for the belt to stay on when not done up, it is within a couple of weeks of buying the coat yet they won’t help with refunding me, waste of £70 as the coat will not last. It’s a shame as they are beautiful but the quality is no good and after being happy with the customer service the first time round, and then after giving the company benefit of the doubt, I am now so disappointed my daughter has a faulty broken coat of no fault of ours.DO NOT BUY
