Should be ashamed of yourselves, I’ve just been to my customer who has paid £3k to sort there heating out which is still not fixed. Only there for a short time!! No call out should cost £3k to attend and not even diagnose the fault!! Total scammers!!BEWARE DO NOT USE!!!
Scammers. They lack transparency and charge extortionate fees even when they can't fix the issue. They change their phone numbers regularly and its not clear who you're dealing with (We Fix 24 Ltd) until you receive the invoice. They did unnecessary work on our boiler (proven by what the engineer wrote on the invoice) and are aggressive and threatening when you try to dispute anything with them.PLEASE AVOID.
Wayyy to many hidden fees, charged over £1300 for something that wouldve cost £600 elsewhere. 15% Admin fee ontop of 20% VAT is just unreasonable and unnecessary. We made a rash decision due to an emergency but we should have done a slight bit of research. Dont waste your money.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! Total rip off. They charged £1046 for turning off a valve for a dripping toilet. They were unable to fix it. If they stay a minute over an hour they charge for 2. The rate is £349 per hour then they add £60 call-out fee, vat and administration fees. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. Worst service I have ever used. They are scammers.

This is a scam company. They are listed under different names to protect themselves 'We Fix Now Ltd', 'Swift Plumber' and 'London Plumbing and Heating Engineers'.They quoted 50 for a call out charge and once they are there they take ages assessing the issue so that it goes over an hour. They then hit you with a bill for 350 which includes 'extra time' and an 'admission fee'. Of course I disputed this but the plumber won't leave until you pay the office. They then stop responding and won't send you quotes the next day. It seems like they run a scam for quick one time visits to charge customers hundreds and then won't go back to fix the issue.
