Best customer service ever!Wow! From the moment I contacted Warren the service has been outstanding. The passion for the product shone through. The excellent knowledge, care and attention with every contact was amazing. The whole experience has been faultless and this is before we received the sofas and foot stall. Thank you so much, never have I found a company so easy to recommend. I done a lot of research and nothing compared.
I needed two top grade leather chairs and wanted them to be fully built, from scratch, here in the UK. S.W. James met that brief. The chairs exceeded my expectations in both construction and the materials used. Warren, one of the company founders, contacted me every few weeks with a progress update. The chairs were completed a few days ahead of schedule.
We chose SW James mainly on the strength of their customer service & the fact that their craftsmen have a wealth of experience. We are very happy with the product - punctual manufacture and delivery; frequent updates from Warren throughout; and most importantly, the construction and material quality is commensurate with the price. You pay for what you get in life, and that’s very evident here - pay a little more, get a top class product. I am also confident that if a problem were to be spotted / emerge, that I could take it to them and they’d handle it in good faith, which is comforting.
S.W.James must be a dyeing breed with service and quality that you no longer get.I found them on line after sadly being unsatisfied with many furniture shops offering the world but delivering inflated pricing for poorly produced products.Warren dealt with me from start to finish and answering all my awkward questions, was very patient and understood that i dont put up with poor quality or service. When my sofas were delivered they were everything i dreamt of and looked perfect in my room.Thank you S.W.James, i'm so pleased i took the plunge.If you want quality,service and respect you know where to go.
The entire process from ordering to delivery was first-class. I was kept informed of the build of my sofa every week and when I could expect completion. The sofa is amazing, the leather is of top-grade quality and will last far beyond a lifetime. I will most definitely use this outstanding company in the future when I upgrade another room. We are absolutely delighted with the retro bygone look and the colour is truly fantastic.
Hi I have now had my sofa for a couple of months and they are brilliant the leather is soft and warm, the cushions are very comfortable, the suite is elegant but homely and we are delighted with it. Anyone think of getting one should do it best sofa I have every bought.
outstanding service from Warren and the team from SW James from start to delivery of the furniture. We ordered two chesterfield Huxley sofas, absolutely beautiful, superb craftmanship. Will be recommending this company to anyone looking to buy furniture. Exceeded expectations and much nicer and better value than the normal retailers. True quality British craftmanship at it's best, very refreshing. Could not be happier.
