Review Time
We have purchased 4 Sylvox monitors and had accidentally cracked 1 screen. Sylvox quoted us a repair and we sent the unit in, but now we cannot get our repaired monitor sent back and its been around 2 months.It is very difficult or near impossible to get someone to except our company credit card payment so we can receive our monitor back.The product and price is good and we would buy many more monitors, but if there is no support we will need to shop elsewhere.
I purchased my Sylvox TV which I absolutely love. I enjoy sitting outside on my lanai watching my beautiful TV. It has a great sound a wonderful picture and when I called to get my cover for my screen, the customer service that I received was extraordinary. I definitely give five stars. If I could get more stars, I would thank you again .
I bought 55" Outdoor TV. The first one that was shipped had a broken screen. I called customer service and only 1 week later I had my new T.V. This outdoor T.V has exceeded our expectations. The screen is bright enough to see clearly during the day, and the sound quality is solid. It’s been exposed to heat, wind and moisture with no issues so far. A great addition to our outdoor space. My grandkids love it too!
Bought an outdoor 75” Deck Pro 2.0. Arrived after 10 days with a dead pixel. I asked for them to refund $500 instead of returning TV ($6800). They said this was the only option…I saw they had an upgraded 2025 modelFor $7300. They requires I buy new TV and then receive the old tv before they would refund me for the faulty Deck Pro. Customer service is terrible…long delays in responses, inconsistent responses and the same with shipping. Now they are quibbling with me over $70 Tv mount and it doesn’t fit my new tv. Spend a little mOre and get the Terrace from Best Buy. It’s been one long pain in the a$$ with aylvox.
I have a Sylvox 15.6" Kitchen TV. (Model KT16A0KGGA-S). When the TV is turned off, the clock was resetting. I presumed that it was because the clock battery was dead. I asked what type of battery was needed and what was the procedure to replace the battery. Within a short period Ian replied with the procedure to replace the battery and the type of battery. Within moments of getting a new battery, the clock was holding the correct time.Ian ws quickly responsive. His assistance was appreciated.
After I made a purchase, my debit card was closed by the bank because unauthorized purchases were being attempted. I also was charged an international exchange fee, but after bringing it to the attention of Sylvox I was reimbursed. The TV was delivered on time and it works well.
