I received my tv in early April although I was a bit disappointed in the fact I didn’t get the rolling tr stand and almost went somewhere else. Ian assured me to hang in there that’it wouldn’t be long. He kept me updated until they came in my stand is on its way and I’m glad I waited and if it wasn’t for Ian’s assurances I would have gone elsewhere. I’m glad I waited and I owe it to him for keeping me updated. Thanks Ian Len Greene
Outstanding Service this is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Ian. Ian went above and beyond her duties to see if she was able to help me with my situation. Ian working in customer service made my experience pleasant. If she didn’t know the answer Ian called back to give you the correct information. I am very grateful to her. In addition if I was your company I’d have her put in charge of training. This is the kind of person you pray to encounter when contacting customer service I’d give her ten out of ten rating. I never written reviews but this lady deserves it. Keep up the good work! Customers like I will continue buying products from SYLVOX.

Firstly, we have enjoyed many days and nights using our Sylvox Outdoor TV over the past 18 months. The picture quality is excellent and it has been a fantastic addition to our outdoor space. Unfortunately, it recently developed a fault and stopped turning on. I checked support on their website and noticed they provide a 2yr warranty.I contacted customer service and was amazed when they responded to my initial email within the hour. I was fortunate to deal with Sally, who provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. She quickly arranged a replacement, which arrived within just three days, and even organised a free collection of the faulty unit—completely hassle-free!The service was efficient, professional, and truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find such responsive and customer-focused support these days. A huge thank you to Sally and the Sylvox team! Highly recommend.
