Terrible customer service if something goes wrong..

I purchased this TV in Italy for a total of €8k plus. While the product itself is excellent in terms of picture quality, the soundbar has been a major disappointment — it simply doesn’t work as expected. The volume from the soundbar is actually lower than the TV’s built-in speakers, making it almost unusable.I contacted customer service and even sent a detailed video showing the issue, but received no real support. I requested a phone or video call with their technical team, but that never happened.More recently, I lost the remote control and requested a replacement — it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received any reply.Overall, the TV is impressive, but without a working soundbar, it's very hard to hear properly, especially since I live near a busy road. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely poor, which is unacceptable for such a high-end purchase. I'm VERY disappointed!

75 Inch Pool Pro 2.0 great customer service.

Although I was not pleased that the 75 inch Pool Pro 2.0 TV I ordered is delayed for 10 days due to being temporarily out of stock, Sylvox was quick to update me. Ian from their customer service department provided me an estimated timeline of the delay, offered an alternative TV and was responsive with my additional questions. For a TV brand that I was not familiar with, so far, they are impressive with how they treat customers. I could not imagine one of the bigger brand name TV manufactures doing the same.
