I didnt receive the amount of meat that I requested and paid more then they delivered. They team denied my request because I succeeded the amount of refunds for this month. What BS is that. If you would do ur work properly, i would not get any refunds for your mistakes!!!
Talabat UAE has no live chat option or customer care number, making it impossible to reach them for issue resolution. I was unable to log into my account and couldn't find any way to contact their support. Instead of improving customer service, they seem to be spending all their money on ads. Deleting the app!
Very rude driver of talabat. Order # 1992553184Another complain, from the systems of talabat i have never faced any issue on my contact number. Kindly investigate the changes of the registered mobile. I have just updated the wrong number ( i dont know why in their systems is mention a wrong number... I have been using talabat since a long time! )
Poor customer service and luck of commitment to what they write on the app. They become totally not responsible lately and they take customer’s complaints as nothing replying to you with “we refund the amount to your talabat wallet”. Honestly speaking I suggest the everyone start using deferent app since talabat now can handle and started loosing it all. Date of experience 16 and 17 February 2025
Poor customer service Requested a bottle of water 1.5litre x6 and they missed to deliver along with few is the items & I informed to send the water urgently and they agreed to arrange it as much possible and as much early they simply closed the case by refunding the water price. Very easy customer service.. not at all accepted and poor handling complaints
Talabat Dubai has no control on the restaurants - I deal with Talabat and not the restaurant. When they accept my order they are responsible. Then they tell me we are just a platform and not responsible. My order passed one hour now and still counting… if restaurant busy they should have not accepted my order. I’m your client and not the restaurant.
If I could leave a one star review I would, placed a first order with this company whilst on holiday, driver came with someone else’s order , after complaining to him that the receipt on the bag and the food inside it are clearly labelled with someone else’s details and not our order, driver said that he has nothing to do with it, delivers what he gets handed and that complain to talabat. Our goods were worth around £40 and the order we got was for a portion of chips only for someone called sarah. I took pictures of both the receipt and the order inside the bag and requested a refund from talabat . The reply was an automated message that came the next day to send more pictures ?? All in all we didn’t get a refund , there is just a bot at the other end sending automated messages, no contact number or customer service email etc. worst experience, fraudulent company, keep well away.
I had the worst experience yesterday with Talabat I was fasting and my order went to another address while I was waiting in vain I kept on calling the driver and he didn't reply when I started the chat with the company they offered to refund but I was fasting I needed to eat I couldn't believe it then the offered applying to a new order which takes another 45 minutes to arrive I was fasting and had to wait till 8pm to break my fasting
