I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience using Talabat Pro and your customer service. I was given conflicting and misleading information by multiple customer service agents regarding my subscription and refund eligibility, which has resulted in an unfair refusal of my refund.Before subscribing to Talabat Pro, I contacted your customer service team to confirm the cancellation and refund policy. I was explicitly informed that I could cancel at any time and receive a refund. However, when I attempted to cancel on 27/02, I was given contradictory responses from different agents: • One agent assured me that my subscription would be canceled and my refund processed within 48 hours. • Another agent later promised a refund within 24 hours. • Finally, the last agent completely denied my refund request, citing the 15-day trial period had expired.This inconsistency and misinformation are unacceptable. I subscribed to Talabat Pro based on incorrect guidance from your team, and now I am being penalized for their mistake. Additionally, the service has been disappointing, with slow response times, untrained staff, and an impractical free delivery threshold, making Talabat Pro ineffective for me.I expect Talabat to take responsibility for the misinformation provided by your representatives and issue the refund as initially promised. I also request that you address the lack of consistency in customer service responses to prevent similar issues for other users.Please escalate this matter to the appropriate department and provide a resolution at the earliest. If my request is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.
Placed an order for KFC and paid by Apple Pay. After 75 minutes I asked where my order was. They came back and said I didn’t answer my phone which was a lie. They cancelled my order and told me I will have to wait 10 days for a refund. They then told me to place the order again so they could scam me for a second time.
Talabat Egypt.I made order paid by card. Money gone from my account. No delivery and confirmation. Contact customer service. They told me to order food and pay by cash. And wait up to 7 days for refund. Problem is I don't have money. I ask for some solutions. Credit or discount. Of course. Didn't get it. No solution for problem or alternative way to solve it. I'm hungry and angry with 350eg£ on hold in Talabat bank.
