The order was 2.5 hrs LATE

The order was 2.5 hrs LATE! Live chat is not helpful at all!! Imagine you being so hungry and the food was delivered 2.5hrs late?! Shame talabat! No proper communication with the restaurant, customers will be the one who will call and follow up the delayed orders! Never again will i order in talabat

If I could give Talabat zero stars I would. They are the worst and most unreliable. Every single time I order from them, it arrives delayed and with much stress from my end. Will never make the same mistake again

Far from a great service.

Far from a great service.Talabat does not care about their customers and they have recently acquired Zomato in the United Arab Emirates. I don't know where this goes... but I don't expect much of a big success.
