Review Time
I have raised my complaints since last Saturday and spoke to 5 people but no one is supporting.So sad to see such a big company hiring unprofessional lazy staff who don’t care about customers and money.Story short:The driver dropped the items outside my door without notifying me. My items were fried under the heat and sun. I asked for a refund and to collect the items from Saturday. Till now no action!!!
This platform is now turning out to be horrible. The delays in delivery are beyond an acceptable Time frame. They deliver spilled food and do nothing to compensate for it. If the food is spilled they refund the food amount and don’t refund the delivery fee. So it’s basically the platform stealing our money. Quality of customer serviced is very bad. It doesn’t matter whether you are pro customer or not, this platform is now really a pain
They got 1 star since there is no option for 0.I paid online for an order (second time in 2 weeks), and i got charged, but food never arrived.I still didn't get refund from a week ago.Where i come from, this is considered a theft.
Being a Pro member, the delivery is free but still they charge a fee at the end. Now they want the customer to pay the salik fee if they want the delivery fast. How pathetic can a company be for not paying their rider's salik fee. When I spoke with a customer care agent, he was clueless & justifying why customer should pay the salik amount.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. I placed my order at 17:25, and by 19:05, it still hadn’t arrived. Especially during Ramadan, I expected more punctuality and better service. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience.This is not the first time happened with me with them, the problem is because we pay online
