I have orderd from talabat quick electronic thay sent me wrong aux its been returned to shop back but refund is not yet done yet if u wanna chat with them thay call u an just say will get u back its been 7 days not yet done anything its scam going on its really bad shame on talabat
Very disappointing experience with Talabat. They delivered my order melted and broken, and even after promising a refund, they never credited the amount. Their customer service is the worst — not honest at all. They kept asking for multiple bank statements, even though I provided all the proof, yet no refund was ever issued.This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will definitely stop using Talabat, as there are many other better and more reliable apps out there.Worst service ever — zero honesty and zero accountability.

Customer service admits it's a system error but refuses to refund the money!
To be honest I wouldn’t like to give any star to Talabat yesterday I ordered and when the driver reached to a wrong place he called me and i told him exactly where to go but instead he kept the order somewhere and left, so when i called Talabat customer service they took all information 3 times and reply with messages saying our driver confirmed that he give the order to the security. How is that helping me, so I didn’t receive order or refund from Talabat this is how they make free money.
I think the company start losing their trust my concern is the inaccurate delivery time displayed. Initially, it showed 40 minutes, but the actual delivery is taking 75 minutes. This is unacceptable, especially since my kids need to sleep.It would be better if the estimated delivery time were accurate from the beginning so I can decide whether to place an order with you or choose an alternative like Noon.
I’m a regular client of talabat maybe from there start , their service is descending gradually , false delivery timing they tell you 30 minutes yet the order arrives after 2 hours , repetitive case and when u complain they say we are sorry , but their sorry is there the same without changes for the past 50 orders , sometimes we are obliged to order due to restaurant availability , or deliveroo needs to take more restaurants so we let go of talabat
