Horrible customer service experience

Horrible customer service experience. I ordered food for EGP 3,000 and paid with my credit card. They then cancel the order and will not refund the money before 2-7 days.

SUPER LATE ORDER!!!!!

We ordered food through talabat 1hour+ ago, and the delivery man told us to wait for 2 hours cause he is taking a break..he told us this is because of the system..I dont know what's that system error or what..the main reason is we are hungry..no food to eat and there is no customer service to call!!! What the hell??!?? Dont order here guys!!!

Don’t ever use this application, honestly speaking they are treating customers like garbage! Zomato & Deliveroo Instead are so professional at all levels, throw talabat out of your lives. They don’t even have any customer service standards but a bunch of careless employees. I am requesting a call sending emails they never replied

Do not order through talabat, instead use direct ordering

Ordered Pizza at 8:55 pm on Talabat, one and half hour and no response, no delivery. Talabat cannot track the order or the restaurant. Had to cancel the order finally. Pathetic service from Papa Murphys and Tablabat. If Talabat cannot deliver, or track the order then why do you take the order. If you cannot fulfill the order why commit, why charge for service. Why do you confirm the order. Pathetic service and pathetic app.

Talabat is by far the worst food…

Talabat is by far the worst food delivery app in Dubai. I gave them so many chances, and they managed to mess it up every single time. They have been late, i couldn’t reach anyone, they lied about my food being on the way etc before. But this time, i learn after more than 30 minutes, my order hasn’t even been sent to the restaurant. Like i wonder how they are still alive in this very competitive market in UAE with such poor service levels? I deleted the app for good and i urge everyone to do the same, just switch to the competitors who are doing a great job.

Very very bad management...my husband…

Very very bad management...my husband worked here for more than 6 months...every month they cut the salary with unnecessary reason..he never got full salary...Uber and deliveroo management was much better than this company. He also worked there for more than a year...This company is useless. Never take delivery job here...
