Never again!

Never again!1h30 late, all 4 main courses were wrong and missing chopsticks! Everytime I order from them the food comes cold but today was the last straw! Do not order from them. On top of that, they have very poor customer service and there only excuse is “we apologize for the inconvenience.”

I am not regular customer of talabat but I don't know why they make me automatically membership there just today I check every month they are detecting 29 aed in my.account.i don't want any membership am not regular customer you can check order history when was my last order.i want my money return how much you detect I don't know how many month already but I check only two month.please don't do this one if I attach my card there you are putting membership ship there know I want my money refund 😔 please refund my money.

The lack of customer service and…

The lack of customer service and choosing profits over customers is a huge disappointment. I won’t get into details but Talabat has literally done anything and everything they can to avoid having to refund us the money that is rightfully ours as the food was delayed the order was partially wrong and I vomited after eating the food. Now they are trying to force me to get a medical report just to avoid having to pay us back. I know my rights and this is unacceptable in every way.

The worst delivery company ever

The worst delivery company ever, i have had the worst delivery experience which lasted more that 4 hours and was not delivered at the end. With continuous lies and misleading info and miserable customer service

It's the absolute worst service…

It's the absolute worst service provider in UAE. I order my food, it says 30 minutes, and I wait for 1 hour 40 minutes. This happens at least 3-6 times each month.
