I place order at grocery store some how talabat can not deliver the items the cancel the order I complain 5 times to get the money refound for my not delivered items but nothing there's no live support to help. If something goes wrong with your order good luck getting any support, their agents are trained to waste your time until you get fed up and let go, took me a Month of consistency an still get no refund on a canceled order by talabat . Hope they improve the app and customer service!!
I just ordered from talabat the price was 39Dh but the item I have selected wasn’t enough so they returned 21Dh and only one item delivered which cost me 10 Dh for the item and 9 dirhams for the delivery I asked the customer service to cancel my order but they refused due to the unreasonable policy which save there rights
waited my order for 2 hours and I contacted customer service and he told me that they will deliver as soon as possible but they canceled it due to damage packaging (drama) since I paid it already so I don’t have choice but to reorder it again and waited another 2 hours. talabat is completely disaster now. I deleted the apps and downloaded SMILES. fast delivery and u can get a lot of offers and discounts. guys try smiles apps u won’t regret promise🥰
the company keeps lying to hide their mistakes so they wont refund any amount of money,i got a delay in an order for over 2 hours and the food arrived cold. we were promised that there wont be a delay over an hour. but no promises were kept. i asked to cancel the order, they refused, i asked to refund, they offered 35 dhs voucher. since that day i stopped ordering from talabat.
