They charge restaurants a lot of fees and they cut 30% on top of the delivery and service fees charged to the customer. So restaurant ending up either raising the price on talabat or reducing their margin. When I compare some restaurants I noticed that difference is huge. In some you ended up paying 200% more if you order from talabat and from some restaurant who have their own application it will cost you almost 40% less. Delete the app. Them charging 30% and other from the resultant on top of charging. Delivery and service fees to customer is just too much.
I’ve been received the wrong order. i placed order of blaban tri dual qushtouta worth of 64 dhs and received another order worth of 58 dhs . i felt being professional this was not expected at all. i left the order as such outside, i felt betrayed and scammed. please be professional if u are claiming u are the best in ur service

It's really bad as I was trying to contact the call center and I cant find the place to contact them as the total was something and when the payment is there it was something else bad service and I'm going to tell my friends about its
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Despite being a service-oriented business, they seem to have completely disregarded the core principles of customer service. I was charged for an order that did not go through, and despite following up for over a month, I have yet to receive a refund.Their customer support has been unhelpful, repeatedly sending generic responses that add no value to resolving the issue. It appears that their primary concern is receiving high ratings rather than genuinely assisting customers—in which case, my rating is zero.Additionally, they have requested that I provide a bank statement to prove that I have not received the refund. This is highly unprofessional. It should be their responsibility to provide evidence that the refund has been processed, not the other way around. Talabat should be the one supplying a statement confirming the transaction rather than asking me to disclose my personal banking details.
I think this company just hire anyone that has a motorcycle license. No quality driver no respect on the road, don't give a damn if they cause accident. This is what kind of company Talabat delivery service. Remember it will reflect on what kind of company it is through there employee NO RESPECT ON THE ROAD! If I can give a NO STAR ⭐ I would!
Worst app and customer service ever where they refused to cancel my order within the 3minutes of placement. I have now deleted Talabat app from my entire family phones would never use them again…. Unethical and worst customer service.
