Chat Agent Refunded My Late Order Without My consent

I ordered , ETA of Order Got Exceeded , Order Status changed to ' Delivered' , Contacted the Live Chat Agents to inform him that my Order wasn't Delivered , They asked me to wait , 20 minutes later Contacted another agent , he suggested that i refund , and canceled my order without my consent . I ordered the same food with another Order ID and waited another 40 minutes because of the sad level of agents we as customers have to deal with . I am never using talaat Again , and am going to make it my mission that people stop using it .

Worst e-commerce app in Qatar

Talabat has become a complete failure.Riders unavailable, not checking orders, relying on automated system, automated "we apologize" and "we understand" type customer support bot / human hybrids. Corona was a time for boom for ecommerce companies like talabat but these guys convinced me to not use technology and go out and get my food from nearby restaurants.

One of the worst experiences

The items list is not updated. It turned out that I have selected items which are not actually available in the store. I had to modify my order several times because of that. At the end I have wasted 6 hours of my life to order something which I was not intending to order from the start.I totally don't recommend this app.

Worst experience ! Four hours I’m waiting for my order. Still waiting . Just curious how long can it really be for a pizza to be delivered by talabat. I don’t recommend anyone to ever use this terrible service.

so basically this is my worst…

so basically this is my worst experience ever 1-my home is like 10 mins walking to the restaurant and it took a HOLE HOURE 2-when I tried to call them they took 10 mins if not more to answer like are you putting two costumers to answer or what??!!!3-there is no number for the driver, so I tried to contact talabat i had to wait 21 conversations that is happening with talabat before my turn 4-last but not least the problem I had to went through all of this is that talabat showed that my order has been delivered and I got nothing not even a call from no one seriously if you won’t do your job probably and open a app that works good DONT DO IT PLEASE. the only thing that made me satisfied is that the food was hot.NEVER AGIN and going through the reviews showes how this app is bad & should get closed as fast as possible. Thanks with love and respect

I wish I could rate the Talabat 0.01…

I wish I could rate the Talabat 0.01 Star1. Ordered food yesterday, and it was marked as delivered while the food did not arrive and I didn't get any call from the driver.2. Tried complaining through their live chat and the agent was giving me a bullsh*t reason that the driver's motorcycle had a flat tire, the reason why the deliver was late.3. I then informed that the issue was not about late delivery, but it was marked as delivered without the food arriving to me, pretty sure they just give a bullsh*t reason to all people complaining and they don't care.4. The agent kept apologizing and said I will get a call for a couple of minutes, but still after an hour, no one called.5. Dropped them an e-mail to request for a refund, and kept giving me bullsh*t answer of "Escalated the case to the concerned team", again Bullsh*t!!!, and until the next day no response and update, I still didn't get my money back.
