They took my money

This app is really bad , I have filled talabat credit and trying to order with it from 10 different restaurants but I could not . They always cancel my order .Every time I spoke to customer service “it won’t happen again we promise . Sorry etc “ Customer service job .It keep going I lost around a lot of money with no service in addition to fighting with people . Because no food is coming .This app I think will go bankrupt soon .

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Order was incomplete because of the app. Not only was it incomplete but it was missing the most important part of the order which is the burger and the fries. And when I contacted customer service, they tried to blame us for that and they were acting cheap even though they were late and served bad. One of my worst experiences ever.

Deliveroo is better

If i could give this no stars i definitely would.. Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered one meal and it took almost 2 hours to arrive despite the restaurant being 10 minutes away.

Talabat UAE is fine, other reviewers need to understand the purpose of trustpilot

My experience of talabat in UAE has been good. Their user interface is good and all my orders have been delivered within the agreed timeframe.Talabat are a well established online order & delivery portal, as such their performance depends on that of their suppliers (restaurants, supermarkets and delivery drivers). They are also multi country and i suspect their performance varies per country.Too many reviews here are by reviewers whose only contribution to trustpilot is to trash talabat. Given that many complaints are standard customer service issues (long delivery times, cold orders) rather than TRUST issues, i wonder if the reviewers understand the point of this site.

Order takes long. Then they cancel order claiming out of boundaries. Avoid these unethical practices companies and order from restaurants directly to support them.

Its a fraud service

Its a fraud service. Connivance with restauranst to deliver stale food and charging exorbitant prices. Its scam running with some restaurants that just exist on Talabat not in reality on ground. SCAM!! Beware avoid Talabat all you can!

Unprofessional

Order not delivered since 2 hours No customer service is giving us a correct answer and after hours no one is able to track the order and call the driver to know where is the food.
