No value add by ordering thru Talabat. Better to order directly from restaurant. No accountability or responsibility. The so called service agents are like bots. Order usually gets delayed. It's really frustrating. Has happened many times now. Guess it's my mistake for not learning from my mistakes.

Late delivery & rude customer service

The order will always be late. Customer service will tell you wait for a minute then suddenly will write an answer then end the chat without giving you a chance to comment or to review the chat!

The app was the best at first but after selling the company to international firms the quality went down extremely.No customer service chats, just emails.To discourage clients from speaking to them.No refunds on 2-3 hours late deliveries No refunds on spoilt food and spilt drinksDeliveroo is better in every way honestly

Worst place to order

Worst place to order They charged my card twice for an order I made once.When I called them to refund my money they kept on playing mind games with me yet I had also sent them an email showing the screenshots from my bank!!! Please don’t put ur cards on talabat they will deduct your money!!!Very terrible application for food !!! I can never use it again

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. They cancelled my order on a Monday morning, now is Thursday and they still didn't refund me my money, they said within 1 day, apparently they lied, and I'm following up with them everyday - no result, whatsoever. I deleted the application, won't use it ever again. My honest suggestion do not use Talabat! There are Carerm and Zomato much better applications.Very poor customer service!
