The worst company and employees. I always get my food in the worst condition and always missing items, I even just received and order which is old and in an ugly quality not edible. I don’t recommend anyone to use talabat application it’s the worst!
The worst delivery service I've experienced.1st time the driver was not able to find my building entrance and he made walk almost 10 minutes until him. when I received the pizzas was completely cold.2nd time I ordered they took more than 2 hours, and I had to cancel, because my son slept before the food arrive.
Used to use this comapny but they let me down so often I was reluctant to use gain and then Dubai Silicon Oasis was removed as an area for delivery on their app 'outside delivery zone' cam up. I contacted their customer service if you can call them that and the told me that the restaurants determine the delivery areas. This is clearly not true as no restaurants now deliver to DSO for Talabat although I see the bikes there all the time, Furthermore, I now order direct from restaurants who are on the Talabat app who do deliver to DSO so it is obviously an error on the app which they can't be bothered fixing. I will just order direct from now on, it's easier !!
Okay lets talk honesty... The truth is i am a fan of talabat delivery. Infact i use always talabat for my ordered food for delivery because they are fastest delivery fleet for me. But..... i observed that most of the talabat drivers are untidy bearded, long haired and using their delivery gloves while giving food to the customers. HELLO TALABAT!!!! YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING ABOUT CLEANLINESS? They are holding and delivering food. They shouldn't be dirty looking and untidy. They should use also clean surgical or plastic gloves and also sanitizer. If you can't do any action regarding for that matters. Well, you will lose your clients and customers
Such a bad company. Order delayed for more than an hour. Contacted the customer service twice and all I got was: “Delayed, we will assign a driver in a few minutes.” Really terrible service. As a company you should inform the customer once a order has been delayed. Told them that the restaurant is closed already and how will they accept my order? They mentioned that the driver will be assigned and the restaurant is still open. On the end my order has been cancelled cuz the restaurant was closed. They do not care about customers at all!!!
