very bad delivery

every time they say that they have been delivered the food, but I don't receive anything, and sometimes I'm late on my work because of them.its not acceptable.

Pathetic customer service , poor application status. 0 value for your money they are just crap full of crap No vendor management or Quality check and on top you have to wait and you cannot talk to anyone looks like they work for Intelligence worst worst ever experience whenever i ordered from talabat.

They are a bunch of thieves they like…

They are a bunch of thieves they like to steal delivery money when the delivery is clearly 2.5hrs late...thieves thieves. Use carriage or any other delivery service.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service! I have waited two hours 30 minutes (and counting) for my food. Somebody informed me from Talabat over an hour ago, that my food was out for delivery...which was clearly a lie. Somebody else from the company told me the same thing 45 minutes ago. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I waited for my order for 2 hours

I waited for my order for 2 hours, the driver had a problem with the bike but noone informed me and I kept on waiting. I had to contact them twice and call the driver many times and still my order arrived after 2 hours or even more! They should inform the customer if the driver is late or has issues to find another solution. Very disappointing.

Worst application... I have orders and waited for an hour.. then they called me said that the order has been canceled due to accident.. instead they solve the problem and take the responsibility they cancel d the order
