I wish I could give this zero stars. First their items are complete garbage. You get what you pay for. But I ordered a bbq table and it was sent in different pieces. I ended up receiving the stand but the bbq section didn’t come. They still charged me for the stand. What good is a bbq stand without a bbq? They refused to refund me.
Do not buy Tabao is a scam you cannot get your money bacif you want to return the item .. the product is really cheap not good quality . If you want to return your product there’s no way they will not reply you. This is a big scam !
Don't listen to others.This is all the information that you need.Taobao from my experience is a extremely cheap shopping website where you can pretty much find and purchase anything, even at a acceptable quality. However, some stores in taobao have bad quality, thats the reason why the products reviews are a thing. If the reviews are good, most likely the product is of acceptable or good quality. Vice versa. Never had issues with refunds or anything. All my products I have purchased arrived within the estimated delievery date and in good quality. Most stores also have excellent service because you have the option to evaluate the service attitude. In conclusion, dont listen to these negative reviews, most of them have never even used taobao.
Thus company is a complete scam!! I bought 2 dresses from them 2 sizes bigger than I am, and they were way too small, and when I asked for a refund, not only did they say hell no, but they were so rude about it. Don't shop here. You will not get what you're looking for. Worst experience ever!!
Be very careful, this is a scam app. After I placed an order $1 was immediately deducted from my bank account because it was a small amount I didn't care and made the purchase to $65 The next day another $140 was deducted from my bank account again I called their customer service They said it wasn't our problem and maybe your family stole your card I immediately called with my bank and they said I was scammed by Taobao app and they deactivated my card and sent me a new card , I don't know if they sent my order or No , thinking that I won't receive any goods under these conditions and they stole $206 from my bank account .
From my experiences so far, don’t bother. I’ve had items rejected for being oversized. I’ve had items paid for a week and half not shipped. Then contacted the seller only to get terrible explanations and service. Refunds still haven’t shown up. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
