WORST FN WEBSITE EVER. SPENT HOURS TRANSLATING AND TRYING TO PURCHASE AN ITEM ONLY TO GET REPEATED MESSAGES TELLING ME THAT THE SYSTEM WAS BUSY AND TRY AGAIN WITH FINALIZING THE PURCHASE. AFTER GIVING THEM MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND HOME ADDRESS. IT LOGGED ME OUT AND THEN ASKED ME TO LOG BACK IN WITH MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD, WHICH i NEVER CREATED.I'LL BE KEEPING AN EYE ON MY BANK STATEMENTS FOR MONTHS NOW. WHAT A CRAP WEBSITE.
**ABSOLUTE SCAM** AVOID!!!I paid over $100 for a pool skimmer and got a BRUSH that is worth $10 at best. Went on the web and there is NO WAY TO REQUEST SERVICE OR REFUND in English. Went on the website and same thing. It took over $100 of my money and there is no way to complain.
Listen to the people whom have already been screwed. The products advertised are not what is sent. They must have somewhere is some fine print because everyone should be able to sue for false advertising. A friend of mine made an order some weeks back also had canceled an item at the time of her other purchases, she never received the shipping cost an she canceled it almost immediately and to top it off the items she received where not as described. She got taken advantage of and thankfully let me know before I completed my orders. People who open a buisness to scam deserve to be shut down, ALWAYS REMEMBER- IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE/ IT PROBABLY IS!!! OR A "GREAT DEAL" IS NEVER A GREAT DEAL WITH THESE TYPES OF BUISNESSES PERIOD.
The item I received was damaged. When I contacted the seller, they said they could replace it, but I had to bear the shipping cost myself, which made no sense to me. Later, they said they could only refund me for the broken parts. However, the whole item is unusable. The product consists of 6 acrylic panels, each with top and bottom supports, and is meant to be assembled as a whole. Now, 5 panels are broken at both the top and bottom, making the entire item completely unusable.I escalated the issue to Taobao customer service, and it only got worse. They clearly had the dimensions and weight of the item and even provided this information for me to get logistics quotes. Yet, at the same time, they asked me to take measurements, weights and provide photos proved that the measurement and weight of the item I received, the dimensions matched what they provided. That sounds silly, right? Despite these nonsense requirement or protocol that they have mentioned, I provided all necessary, I also explained to them that returning the item would definitely cost more than the value of the item itself. Even so, I provided quotations from four logistics companies, and all of them confirmed that the return cost is indeed higher than the item’s value.Customer service then told me they had escalated the case to their investigation department, and the conclusion was that I had won the dispute. The seller should provide a full refund, and because of the high return cost, I was told I didn’t need to send the item back.As we all know, once you apply for a return and refund, the system starts counting a 7-day return period. But on one hand, customer service told me not to return the item, and on the other hand, the 7-day countdown kept ticking. During this time, I didn’t receive a refund or any further updates. Every time I contacted them, I was just told to “please wait patiently.”Each time I contacted Taobao customer service, they promised to get back to me within 48 hours, but they broke that promise every time, until the 7-day return window had passed. When I contacted them again, they told me there was nothing they could do since I didn’t return the item within the 7-day timeframe. If I still wanted to proceed, I would have to submit a new return and refund request, and they would “handle it again.” Is this their delaying tactic?This shopping experience has left me extremely disappointed with Taobao’s service.
No way to contact customer service they have been told that my package exceeds volume and weight limits for this delivery and cannot be received or transferred it has been rejected and returned to the seller please contact customer service to get a full refund
