I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Taylor & Hart. I was assigned Mark as my Jewellery Designer, who was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely so friendly. Mark helped me to design a beautiful engagement ring for my now fiancée, which she absolutely loves.
Emily was my consultant throughout the process. She was very helpful and I appreciated that she tried to find the best design to suit my partners wishes rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive items. The whole team were prompt and responsive on email in between consultations. The Ring was crafted in the time frame we spoke about (c. 4 weeks) and it was stunning! Very happy with the final product and big thank you to Emily and team for a very easy, professional and warm experience.
Engagement ring was created and selected online from a large range of stones, designs and ideas. I was really pleased with the customisable options, as well as the delivery time - order placed on 15th Feb and delivered (as promised) on 27th March. This is prompt for a customisable ring and quicker than rivals. Definitely trustworthy, reliable and high quality product. It's beautiful.
After a lot of research my fiancé and I decided to go to Taylor and Hart to see some rings in person. When we went we were greeted by Emily who took us to a private office where she had gathered multiple rings that fit the style I was looking for. When I saw the ring I actually decided I wanted to make some changes to it, and nothing was too much for Emily who provided some really helpful advice and tips. Emily was quick and super efficient. I felt very happy with her support and even though I asked her so many questions she was always super patient with me and was happy to make changes to the design until I was happy with it. The customer service team was also super helpful (Special thanks to Tarryn!) and their response time just like Emily's was impressive. I literally have no negative feedback, they made such a nerve wracking experience super relaxing and I have had so many compliments on the ring since I've been wearing it! Thanks again to the Taylor & Hart team!
My fiancé got my gorgeous ring from Taylor & Hart and he left his own review about how incredible that experience was for him. My experience with the after care treatment was incredible, after a miscommunication about pick up times after I had my ring resized everyone on the team bent over backwards to make sure I could have my ring back in time for family engagement celebrations. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness when I was very stressed. I would highly recommend Taylor & Hart ❤️
Amazing Team! Whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. We have been known to be a picky couple but they were always patient with us. Me and my now 'Fiancé' loved the results of all 3 ring designs along with the lovely little touches along the way. Shout out to Emily in particular. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
Extremely helpful and friendly during the ring design process. Listen to my thoughts and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted without pushing for me to spend more. Answered all of my questions and explained the 4Cs of diamonds well. I chose to pick up the ring from the workshop which I found to be a little brief. Almost rushed out the door without talking about the ring or any kind of big reveal. Just given the bag. So this could have been better.Overall, the final ring looked amazing and exceeded expectations. My new fiancé is over the moon with the ring. Would highly recommend.
Incredible service all round! Janaya and her team were incredibly helpful through the whole process of buying an engagement ring for my partner. From taking my friend and I through the steps of ring style, size, quality and colour, and having a range of different rings to choose from, I would wholeheartedly recommend Taylor & Hart for buying and engagement ring for that special someone.
