Taylor & Hart have been amazing - I would 100% recommend them to anyone.I used Taylor & Hart to buy an engagement ring for my partner. I was a little apprehensive about the process which felt bit out of my depth. I loved being about to look online first at all the options for rings. I was impressed how many styles they had (better and more than other companies that I looked at online) and loved the flexibility that their customisation allows (I've enjoyed saying 'I designed the ring' to people). I booked an appointment in their London store with Georgina Ainslie. It was a very discreet store which didn't make it feel as overwhelming as some of the other traditional high street jewellers that I went into. Georgina was excellent at putting me at ease and talking me though all of the options. I particularly liked the fact that they had examples of all of the different diamond options (eg. they had a diamond of each clarity to show what it actually looked like in real life; the same with carat, cut and colour options). This was so much more helpful than looking on a screen or in a book. The process of getting quotes and ordering it was great and Georgina couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. When the ring arrived it was beautiful and exactly what I had had in mind, delivery was fairly quick and easy, and reasonably priced too. The follow up appointment with to get the ring resized (after I inevitably opted for a size too big) was easy and quick. Dalila was really friendly and helped explain the sizes really well.All in all I would thoroughly recommend Taylor & Hart and am grateful to Georgina and Dalila for making the experience of buying an engagement ring so special and comfortable.

Throughout the creation process, Aline and the rest of the team answered our questions quickly. We definitely recommend Taylor & Hart, and will be back for our wedding rings!

Taylor & Hart were very accommodating in my search for the perfect engagement ring. I had a significant amount of correspondence with them through the process and they were very professional & helpful throughout. My fiancée loved the end result and we were happy with quality & price. The care we've received post purchasing the ring has also been very to a high standard.
T&H, what can I say? From my first initial contact the team were fantastic. I was hoping to buy a lab grown and was initially torn but the team helped me with all of my questions around the differences. I was in two minds about the design to go for and they really helped guide me through options until I found the perfect one. Everything was clear from start to finish and I was kept in the loop continuously. I would go as far to say, that T&H has given me the best customer service experience that I have ever received.There were never any blurred lines with price, warranty or the aftercare we would receive, if any issues were to arise. Not that we have had any.Booking in a resize was a breeze and the ring was returned perfectly, in a much shorter time period than they initially stated.Thank you to the whole team. Everyone comments on my partners ring, its beautiful and such great quality!
