Can't recommend them enough if you're considering a custom design!Me and my partner had some specific ideas about how we wanted our engagement ring to look and Emily, our wonderful allocated designer, was so accommodating and genuinely determined to make our dream ring a reality. We had multiple conversations spanning email, phone calls - even a zoom call where she listened to our ideas and advised on the best direction to take. We were given references and 3D mockups to review, and at the end of it all we were delivered a ring that is truly exactly what we were looking for.Thank you for giving us our dream ring. We are so grateful, and I personally can't wait to present it to my (soon to be) fiancé!
My experience was great! I wasn’t able to visit the store prior to making the order, but Tayla was incredibly helpful. She was able to send me more photos than I can count of different rings and styles as well as guidance with my diamond selection and colour of accent gemstones. Very detailed updates and support through the process. The ring is amazing and of superb quality. My partner loves the intricate nature style and we have received so many compliments! Very happy and would recommend to anyone!
