I purchased a hoover But before doing so I contacted the sales team who confirmed the item would have a UK plug. It arrived with an EU plug!Not too big an issue but non the less annoying.Delivery dates given were incorrect and the item arrived late messing the recipients around arranging to be home etc.HAVING HAD A TOTALLY IRRELEVANT AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW FROM THIS COMPANY:The sooner it stops using bots and focuses on humans To deliver their customer services the better it will be.
Great! Also well suited for holidaymakers (currently in France) who want to have something sent to them, as you don't need to have a permanent address in the respective country. The delivery times could be more accurate; I cancelled my first order due to the long waiting time. Everything could be done online and the money was refunded quickly. I can't say anything about the service in the event of a warranty claim, of course.
Ordering, tracking and delivery of my order was easy, but the product (wine cooler) and packaging arrived with significant damages. Customer support took a long time (12 days) to solve the issue, which was a very negative thing. Compared to Amazon's customer support, TechInn are pure amateurs.
I’ve been waiting to receive my parcel for a month now.Client support doesn’t answering after several tries of contact in which each time there were giving me vague and diffident answers with no solution.Edit after answer: There’s no option for cancelation only for return but I can’t do that cause I haven’t received my order yet. Purchase made in Dezember of 2025 now it’s February 2026. No solution was showed to me. They promised 15-20 days to resolve the issue but now they aren’t answering email’s. Crooks, criminals, don’t buy from rhem!Now TechInn is saying that their shipping partner says that my parcel was delivered but I haven’t received anything yet.
First time user of this website! Ordered on the 15th December to the UK (expected items to arrive some time in January) but were delivered today (31st Dec) much to my surprise and items were well packaged and in perfect condition! Thank you! Would definitely use the website again :)
