I RECEIVED A TV. ONLY IT TURNED OUT TO BE A V-6 MODEL!!! AND NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID A LOT OF EXTRA MONEY FOR!!! I ORDERED A V-7 MODEL!!!! HOW CAN YOU EXPLAIN THIS??? IN THE DATA OF THIS TV, YOU INDICATE THE V-7 MODEL!!! AND YOU HIGHLIGHT IT!!! VERY, VERY BAD!!! WHERE IS THE FRAMELESS SCREEN??? I HAVE TWO MORE FRAMELESS TVS IN MY HOUSE, SO I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE WELL!!! WHERE IS THE 109.2 CM SCREEN DIOGANAL??? WHAT I RECEIVED IS 108 CM. IT SAYS SO ON IT!!! AND MUCH MORE!!! AND IF I DON'T RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR ALL OF THIS, (I CAN'T RETURN THIS TV, SINCE I THREW AWAY THE PACKAGING, I HAD NOWHERE TO KEEP IT!) I WILL TELL ALL MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS ABOUT THIS BRANDLESS DECEPTION!!! AND THEY WILL TELL THEIR FAMILY AND SO ON!!! AND I HOPE THAT YOUR DAMAGE WILL BE MUCH HIGHER THAN MY DAMAGE FROM YOUR DECEPTION!!!
Excellent service. Hairdryer arrived quickly and was well packed and protected. Unfortunately, I hadn’t absorbed the fact that it was fitted with a European plug. I need to purchase a British adapter, so not able to use the dryer until I do, I’m sure it will be fine . Phillips have always been reliable. Thank you.
Decent multi-lingual web site easy to use and order from, useful FAQ section with UK price promise. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order, the expected delivery date and time slots was confirmed. The product was as advertised and well packed. They even stocked the 1m battery cable that nobody else stocked.
My package was supposed to be delivered to my home on the 21st of April. For some reason they sent it from Spain to the Netherlands and then to Norway. When it got to Norway I was told it could take up to 10 days more to get my package and it was my responsibility to follow up with their supplier. The package arrived and it was not delivered to my home as planned but I now have to travel to go pick it up. Customer service was of no help what so ever. I asked for my shipping costs to my house returned since I now have to spend money going to pick it up- they didn’t even bother answering me. They also didn’t inform me when ordering that the tolls were not included so the package is now 50 GBP more than planned. Never ordering from them again they scam you.
