Review Time
I purchased a HEART controller. I paid extra to get it early.It arrived much later than the free delivery option.I had to pay tax and customs that they did not mention.When the product arrived, It did not work at all.When i contacted them, they said I need to contact the manufacturer and they closed my case. They now do not want to help solve the product that does not work.
Delighted with my purchase. Good quality and fast delivery. Found it difficult to find this product elsewhere and it was needed for my little boys birthday. It made both him and I very happy that I was able to get it from here and delivered on time.
The phone was higher spec but cheaper than available via UK retailer. I was able to track it easily,and the phone arrived within the stated time and in perfect condition. The included charger is European two pin, but an adapter was included too. I was slightly wary of buying a phone from outside the UK but, other than taking longer to arrive, I haven't encountered any issues. So far, everything works perfectly.
Order on 13/3/2025. Item not dispatched till the 20th and it's now the 24/3/2025 and not arrived yet was originally given a 5 day delivery on purchase. If it was not in transit I would cancel it. Thay are slower than Ali express or temu and is saying something. You can bet your bottom dollar I won't be using them again.
