Review Time
the delivery service lost my package and TechInn (tradeInn) is seemingly doing everything they can to not give me refund. I've been waiting well over a month now, since figuring out myself the package was lost, and TechInn's customer support has done nothing at all except keep telling me to wait. for... something.It took me over a week to even get them to acknowledge that there was an issue. And they told me to just wait. More time passed and finally I got a reply saying they would forward it to their transport department and that I would have to wait for more info. More info or updates never came. I only ever got replies to mails I send and never something proactive from their side.Even more time passed and they told me they were investigating the issue with the delivery service and to wait an additional 10-15 business days.In the mean time I already sent them multiple messages saying that I have nothing to do with their issues and the carrier and that I just want my refund, having never received my goods.Now 20 days have passed since them saying 10-15 days and still no refund or even any update at all.When I ask them for an update and my money back, all I get is that I need to wait even more... on what they will not tell me.I'm sick of this. It's been over 6 weeks since I ordered my item and I still don't have my money back!
I bought an orange nespresso pixie( Krups), in Spain, because I couldn’t buy that colour over here. It’s my third pixie and I think it’s a wonderful choice.It’s works well. The Krups also was a lot cheaper and I’ve received it in less than a week. 5 ⭐️ !
Bought a razor which, according to description, was supposed to operate by mains electricity (wall socket). But it was AA battery-operated, and it was not mentioned.The description also stated that it had a pop-up trimmer, but there was no such a thing. A very misleading description of product, leaving a bad impression of this company...
Ordered on the 27/1/25, expected delivery for 5/2/25. Nothing arrived, still says shipped, but hasnt left host country it appears. Chased with support, theyre next to useless. Finally they've said they will raise an investigation, then 4 days later I'm expected to fill in a form for their 3rd party shipping country to investigate, I've never known such nonsense, Techinn should be doing this not the customer. I could have got it local quicker now, but of course I'm stuck in case this ever arrives now. What am I supposed to do to get my item...I've paid in good faith. Edit. I am now been told if I don't chase their delivery company for a product I've not received I'm not eligible for a refund. This feels like a scam, fail to send out good, make the customer chase with a delivery company and then without a refund.
