Hi.i purchased a glow speaker at technn.i was worried since the reviews are not good.but for my side I did receive my goods and the support team did not dissappear on me.on my email enquiry they gave me the post office link to track my parcel I went and phone the post and track it then it was collected. Just bear in my their delivery process it long u don't relax.i wish if they can improve their corrier company since we are paying huge amounts other overseas companies they charge less and deliver fast at our door.I'm happy 😊 I received my parcel. No bad experience with the company
After reading mixed reviews about Techinn. I decided to take a stab and risk it, I ordered a Zatanna statue I really wanted (Great Price) My parcel came a not to bad time as it was coming from Spain.... The Price and Time were pretty Good but when I opened my parcel I was shocked that there was no packaging, not one piece of Bubble wrap or foam.?! To say that a fragile model was coming from Spain I would have thought that abit of bubble wrap would have been a given to stop the box from being banged about in transit as the workers are not to caring. Luckily there was no damage to my model. If I do order from Techinn again I think I will drop them a message about putting some packaging in the box.
This is not a company you can rely on if things do not go to plan. Service response to issues is poor and ignores the customer. They finally acknowledged that they did not deliver the machine but I am still waiting for a refund. Seems I can re-order if I still want a coffee maker. I am forced to go elsewhere
Gas Hob I bought was cheapest on Techinn. After payment, I was told it will arrive on a certain date. I arranged a plumber to come next day. The plumber arrived but hob didn't. I had to pay plumber for his visit. Hob arrived three days later than described date. Everything went OK, it cost me £50 for delayed delivery.
Bought a replacement phone for my wife ordered on 24.02.2025 paid £5.99 for delivery and then the date for delivery started to slip it finally came on the 6th March 11 days I chatted and emailed no apology I was offered 15%off my next order told them I was not keen using them again and asked for my postal costs to be reimbursed no chance 11 days for a phone is not acceptable just give me my £5.99 back please your did not keep your promise for delivery order number 56584124 If you take my complaint seriously then refund the postage simple you can make excuses but we should not wait 11 days for a mobile phone it stated it was in stock but when I have tracked it. Seems to have been through customs. If that's correct then it was never going to be delivered in a decent time don't understand your reply "order delivered on the day of your order" it took 11 days to get a New phone useless customer service all I wanted was what I paid for the delivery
