I've never heard of Techinn until a couple of weeks ago while I looking for a new PC motherboard. There was a good deal on one that I couldn't refuse, and their packaging charge was reasonable as well. I was able to track my parcel, and it was delivered to me on time.Highly recommended!
The item I bought was lost in transit and 4 weeks later I asked for a replacement to radio silence then I asked for a refund and they outright refused!I do not recommend buying from this company. It's a scam Website, my product has been lost in transit I reported the issue multiple times the store tried to blame it on Royal Mail when they're the ones waiting to pick it up.I asked multiple times for a replacement to be sent to radio silence. So I ended up not wanting figure anymore I wanted my money back. They've outright refused to refund my money which is against the law. I'm in the process of suing this comany and working EU regulators and my lawyers to get my money back or sue this company. I will not scammed by lowlife scum. I gave this store a month to resolve this issue and nothing. I asked for my money back and they refused. It's simple don't buy anything from this company. I will see you in court.
Really disappointed with the delivery service!It's been over 13 days for my order and it still hasn't arrived!!!! I really don't recommend this site! Responsive but useless after-sales service...They can't even tell me where my parcel is because there are no delivery details.Thank you
Fake company. Dodgy company. I order a tefal chopper it was not original and it was fake . After 3 weeks although they charged me10 pounds for delivery I did not receive it and I went to delivery company by myself for half an hour drive and collect it . I saw it is fake and made in Egypt instead of being French. They charged me again 12 pounds for returning and they didn’t refund full amount. They reduced 25 percent of my original money. Scam scam scam. Do not order to this company. Whenever you call costumer service they keep acting that they do not know anything about it.
