Worst company I have ever seen

Probably the worst company I have been working for. Total lack of guidance in so many aspects, really poor management, low salary, high pressure, no support, ghost HR. Of course the environment is so tense and full of frustration.

Avoid this company like the plague. It consists of nice people who have slowly had their souls converted too where bullying is acceptable.. I arrived too do a job where there was 3 days training for a job that required 4 weeks. They are that moronic they dont comprehend people need too be trained properly too be competent. This requires 2 things, education and experience.. but no.. arrived on Monday.. thrown on the phones on Thursday. The training was so bad that I had to deal with some horrible managers who were abrupt, rude and didnt have any people skills. A bullying format like this can ruin people. Not only do you get minimum wage.. you have too pay for your own headset!! 😂😂😂 they deduct it straight away. They then look confused why you're having I.T. problems despite the fact you've just gotten the job and nothing is set up. So you get some jobs worth coming over expecting an apology when you cant properly begin work. This next bit blew my mind... the team leaders... are also on minimum wage 😂 they do a dress down friday where despite being on minimum wage you are forced into charitable giving which is fine but when on minimum wage you are on the lowest part of your career. I witnessed a lady on training with me having a breakdown as they had her on the phone too soon. Pressurising her like some demon from a lair of hate. I often wonder why people work for such a company and the reality is they are just in bad luck. My advice too the company is treat people with respect. People respond too good training.. not oh we'll take 20 and at the end we will have 5 okay ones. The high staff turn around is appalling

Terrible reflection on Microsoft - I now use Google Cloud

I now use Google Cloud because Microsoft use this terrible company. The support is slow, they ask for repeat information, template answers and have bad knowledge of Microsoft and terrible support skills in general. They refuse to allow us to escalate to management teams. Clearly a lot of reviews here not real judging by the content. Maybe false reviews by management to not loose corporate contracts like Microsoft.

The worst call center to work for

The worst call center to work for, the conditions of the facilities are mediocre for what they say in their ads, etc. The way they treat you in the job interview is horrible, in small parts you feel attacked and others in which it seems that they are not really interested in hiring you. Once hired, they look for any problem or error to give you a warning and with several warnings at the end of your supposed training they fire you for not having met expectations, therefore they do not give you a contract and goodbye. Horrible experience and waste of time

I cannot share all these positive reviews. I've worked there for two years, even ad a lead positiion and not only is the financial aspect unacceptable, but also the conditions are horrific. The office was in a bad condition, some windows were falling out of their frames, the floor was under contant electricity and no one cared. Please do yourself a favour and do not work here
