Working here now, would advise you to avoid it at all costs!!Unless you like these things:- Having a manager that takes pleasure in abusing her power and goes out of her way to be awful against the staff. She's even having anger management issues in the office. Yes, I am talking about you Mariam Elgantour @ TP Greece.- No response to your emails, if they do respond it is after 4 to 7 days.- Not getting the bonus they promised you. I started working here in march, still now at the end of august I have no bonus.- Not being treated as an equal. Your coworkers get's flights home, ekstra luggage on their plain ticket, accommodation bonus, higher salary for the exact same job.- Having your contract changes to benefit them.They do promise gold and diamonds, their offer seems just so good. But the truth is that it's a corrupted company and unless your plan is to use the company for a "paid vacation" then i would advise you to seek a job elsewhere. This is just not worth it, I promise you!

If only could give 0 stars...TP Portugal is holding my July salary.My employment with TP terminated on 29th of July but I have still not received my pay. I have been trying to contact them via email but they are not very responsive and they do not provide clear information of the matter yet still holding my payment. Management is useless and does not help at all.

Hello,Thank you, but from my perspective you are asking way too much for this kind of job which is not adequate to the salary you offer.Therefore the assessment I have started was not even an hour. After solving tasks 1.5hr I was surprised I need to film myself. (There was no information about making video of myself in the beginning of the assessment)Good luck!

Recruitment Scam

I got an offer to work for TP since last month to resume in June yet they havent sent a system for me to resume. i have submitted sensitive information on their onboarding site and have left voicemails as well as dms on their social media platforms all to no avail. i quit my previous job to resume a new one and i havent gotten a system, no communication just left. it is emotional abuse and i havent even started working with the company to know how horrible it is. Reading the reviews makes me feel even more agitated and i would sue.

overall if you want to move to another country and work from home TP Is a great company. You meet a lot of people and its very informal because most of the team and the bosses are young. The salary is very bad and for days off / vacations its always hard to get it. you can book vacation after 3 months as an employee. You can NOT book in summer period which is super dumb.... also people that are longer an employee have already booked vacation before you so most of the time you can NOT book vacation or its 2 days in a row then work then another day off and so on... crazy!!! You can always switch projects but most of the bosses won't let you move to another one because they don't want to loose an employee on the project so they just keep denying even though that's against the rules. Also the company is all about status!! every second counts and they keep asking for more and more it is never enough. bro for 4 euros a hour shut up please lol.

My experience with Teleperformance

Hi everyone!Hope you're having a great day so far.I wanted to share my experience working with Teleperformance as a dane.First, I know people have different opinions about the Company, and therefore what I am saying is only my experience. I moved here in October to work, and everything was okay (not good) but okay. I worked a lot, way more than what I got told. In the first couple of months, it was fine, but then one month I noticed something was off with my payment. I told Teleperformance that something was off and quickly noticed that I was missing around 800 euros in total for the last couple of months, which is a lot of money. I contacted their help service several times and explained my situation, but they didn't want to do anything about it, even though I sent them my contract, so they could see they made a mistake. They didn´t want to pay my money.This was upsetting because the whole job offer looked so good in the beginning with a good payment and so on.I would not recommend a danish person working here. This Company is not worth it. There are so many other good customer service companies here in Portugal, that you can work for.Have a good day.

Disgraceful company, no regard for employees.

Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Gateshead and Bangor sites.Joke of a Company, expect to be treated as a statistic only. As many others rightly point out, no progression and not a satisfying role to work regardless of campaign, I am amazed the company continues to grow and also promote themselves as a desirable employer (top 25? Utter nonsense). Training is underwhelming and rushed. Management have their own targets and pass this on as passive-aggressive behaviour towards employees. KPIs were the main focus, mechanically enforced and analysed.The company attempts to uphold a respectable and caring image towards employees internally but doesn't do anything to substantiate these claims, mindfulness sessions ect offered but never saw ways of joining these inside work hours. The pay is bare minimum and breaks are non existent, you will not have time to eat lunch most days.
