Do not work for this business if you value your mental health. I have just resigned after three months with them on the NTL contract which I had worked on for 24 months prior. This is not a role, it’s a regime with this set up. Apart from the company and their client having utterly unrealistic expectations the remote working environment is exactly that. There is little to no support as everyone is too busy running around like headless chickens. Whilst you are on a team, it certainly does not feel like it. Team meetings are cancelled constantly and the pressure is immense and relentless. The pay is poor and the long Monday shift (10 hours) is just grim. There is an atmosphere of utter chaos which doesn’t help either. Sign up if you are desperate (staff turnover is very high) and find something else as soon as you can.

Atrocious Conduct for Employees

I was due to begin working with Teleperformance on May 1st. April 20th I was made homeless and thus, could not work from home. I relocated the next day, informed Teleperformance, and provided them relevant proof of address in the form of three different bank statements as proof of new address.They then delivered the equipment to the wrong place (previous address), and told me I was liable to replace it. They then said I could no longer work for them due to ‘insurance being null and void’ with me moving. They then reshipped the equipment to my new address, and still expected me to be liable in sending it back! I was ignored for weeks by the onboarding team, and received some very unprofessional and rude responses when I explained the situation to the head of department.Awful conduct.

I was recruited for Microsoft

I was recruited for Microsoft, Dutch market by Mart Elders. We made an agreement of the salary. After 3 days I had to start with the job. All my personal data they needed, the joboffer wasn't correct, but I had to sighn all should be correct in the contract, what I couldn't believe at all. After a training of one month I started the job, but the Supervisor know all and everyting, they don't show themself! The contract didn't come at all, the salary was paid half, the bonus not, as the code for login at Multilingual for Greek lessons where given to someone else, the prepaid shopping card I never received. Then, someone else was logging inn on my account, my device/equipment was hacked. Everyday I had to contact the TD. The Supervisor (Suriname/Dutch) was specialist in gaslighting, but at my place was nothing wrong, at a several time he adviced me to pack inn the complete device/equipment, it should be changed. But the pick up was not arranged. The supervisor would me to sit in front of the screen of the device, because it's working time even that I couldn't login or doing my job. What is behind? They are in human trading as darknetwatching, they have a complete network, even in prostitution (pimps) can watch you when you are nice sitting in front of the camera/screen of their device. I didn't do this because I am not in a puppet show or a pimp show how need new ladies. So, the equipment was very quick back in "the box" and that was not acceptable for TP. It took 6 weeks before the equipment was pickedup. The HR Director became involved as promised a Supervisor job to me, but at least he arranged a pick-up of the equipment, but a contract never came as I had to contact the LABOR INSPECTIONS for the payment of my salary as visiting the POLICE incase of abuse of my Identity as my Personal DATA. Untill today they keep on stalking, as they don't delete my personal data out of their system. Everytime the Labordus Cornelis is contacting me for doing the Harver Test, when I say NO!!!...I get 10 recuters on the phone with the so called most nice jobs what does not exist at all after having done the Harver tests!

I have been trying to reach by different contact numbers and email several times no any reply I have had yet? I have never registered your company or dealt with no idea how you can have my bank account and took my money?

I was working as a risk agent for this company in Barcelona. On the training they don't teach nothing useful regarding the job, and instead of helping they push people down and call them names. My manager never helped me regarding the job, was ice cold, and racist. The work is valued based on time not on the quality of the work. The more you gossip, and the more you lack in empathy the better you are here(this means you can be late etc), because this is the mentality of the company. Its common that they fire people based on personal dislike instead of the quality of their work.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I signed a contract twice with them. The HR department said I am all set but I arrived in Greece without any payment of the relocation package. Zero information from them even though the training should have started today. Moving back, thinking about contacting a lawyer for recruiting scam.

Criminal housing agency

Violence and harassment are generalized in TP apartments. There are lots of horror stories. The housing department is the worst I've seen. They enable bullying and only move the victim to another house. They never do anything to the bullies, who can keep their job and apartment, even if the police is involved. Reporting to HR is useless - they will just say they can't do anything about what happens outside work offices.Everyone knows about some case of violence or threats in TP apartments. Lots of users complain online about that. I heard the case of somebody who threatened a housemate with a knife and kept both the room and the job. I myself was assaulted and called the police, who came and took my statement. The next day, I was called from a hidden number by someone from the housing department who blamed it on me and threatened ME with eviction, instead of the aggressor.In another apartment there was a guy who smoked weed in his room and always left the bathroom really filthy. TP was extremely lenient to him and seemed to protect him for his race. Although he was reported many times for breaking the rules over and over again, by at least three of us, nothing happened to him. When I talked to the housing team in person, one of the guys started lecturing me about the diversity and inclusion policy and made me look like the bad guy.You have to sign a contract to live in the apartments but the rules aren't enforced. It says in the contract drugs are not allowed and common areas must be kept clean, but that's hardly ever the case. The cleaning service also comes very seldom, although housing staff says they come once a week which is a blatant lie. The housing department doesn't make the necessary reparations, doesn't care about workers at all, and practices reverse racism. People who are Black/Muslim/Israeli can break the rules and harass others in the name of "inclusion and diversity" without any consequences. The rooms also don't have curtains and sometimes not even blinds for some privacy.The turnover rate at TP is high, many people joining to work for some months and then leave. The administration could improve a lot and the salaries often depend a lot on the language you work with, so there can be a stark contrast among people who do the same job but with different languages.

They lie to you and say things like you…

They lie to you and say things like you get 10 minutes between calls. They will put you in a call every 2 minutes. It’s not enjoyable as a job. They also put you in the deep end then complain when you make mistakes. Way to much for a minimal wedge job.
