Criminals on a the end of a phone.

Working for ovo sse total con artists and criminals that are not to be trusted.I'm guessing these guys also are running scam call centres along side this as it's often a front for illegal behaviour. Just watch a recent Mark Rober video. Since I have called them out I have been plagued by nuisance calls.

Please people, what ever you do, do not apply for a job at Teleperformance. Never before have I worked for a company with standards that are well and truly below the standards it should be. The management and HR don’t know their left from their right and will try their god damn hardest to get you out the door for speaking up about their unprofessional standards. This is definitely a D.I.Y company as the training you receive is again, well below the standards it should be and they expect you to do a professional job. I’d rather stand at Monument metro station with a hat and a flute than work for this company again.

pretty much bad behaviors unprofessional management and not great paying... most of employees seem to be afraid there... i was in portugal some years ago

Everyone that attended HMPO training…

Everyone that attended HMPO training within the weeks everyone had left. two remaining people and they have now both resigned including myself..RUN LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOT EVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS USELESS UNETHICAL COMPANY.do what you need to do to make sure you are fair they have incompetent people in HR, Team leaders are incompetent let alone Payroll. don't bother yourself apply for this company.

Avoid this place

The company has a big lack of organization, none of the directions are clear since the beginning, if you planning to move from another city think carefully because there exist a gap about how they manage processes. Poor culture with some clear incompetencies at all levels of senior team. No room for personal growth. No recognition for staff in fact staff are seen purely as robots. It makes sense now why they change positions constantly. Sideshow Bob and Edgar Dos Ramos low class trash.

This is the worse company I have ever…

This is the worse company I have ever worked for. They were very unprofessional and treated employees like crap. It's been since July of 2021 since I last worked with them and I still have the equipment. I have contact the supervisor and HR. Keep all of your documents so you will have proof of everything you need on that rainy day. If you don't allow them to treat you any kind of way it's going down. KEEP YOUR DOCUMENTATION FROM DAY ONE.

Really do not know what to say

Really do not know what to say. Had contract from the 14th and then flies away on the 7th. Upon arrival, I find out that I have to start on the 24th first. But yes, I do not get paid for the period ... Strange. I come down to an apartment with lots of mold, and contact householding but they do nothing. To change residence. And I would rather not have received the refund of the flight ticket. so yes 14 days salary and 2500 in plane ticket refund I do not get and fired because my lungs are feeling so bad even a month after .. beware..Do not be there.

Worst BPO Organization

I was working with this worst organization as a Team Leader Ops in Kolkata from 1st February 2022 till 1st October 2022. An organization which does not care about the work life balance of the employees and boasts to the most employee centric organization is a shame for Teleperformance. On week off days management asks employees to join training sessions. We have our family and responsibilty towards our family as well. You cannot put pressure on employees to join training sessions on off days for week after week. Still compromised with same and requested manager after three weeks of not getting weekly offs to plot my off on specific dates so as I can go to my native to take care of my family. So called manager denied it and plotted my weekly off after 12 days from last week off date ( which was for saying a weekly off as I was asked to attend training). Out of frustration when I resigned from service then the so called manager started doing nasty politics with me taking HR in the loop during my notice period. Name of the manager is Reena Kulkarni and the HR manager is Sarika. I am not new to the Industry and have worked for several MNC bpo companies. Sorry to say the worst BPO company is Teleperformance. Shame on TP and shame on Daniel Julien. Start treating employees as human beings and not as your slave.

Run as far away from them as possible!!!

Just illegal activities at Teleperformance! Terrible. Stay away from this horrid place. All good reviews are one-liners most probably bots or pressured supervisors. That should give you the gist of what this company is about. Overworked, underpaid, they never sack you, just don't renew your contract and ask that you switch to another "project" or "brand" and if the conditions are not as good as the current project you're on you can leave but won't receive any unemployment fund because "technically" you quit?! I was micro-managed, yelled at, bullied, and never received answers to legitimate questions about customer support. It was very very bad. Made me lose my sense of self and got me very depressed. I worked in Lisbon and was informed that a colleague had committed suicide which we all knew was due to feeling unhappy at work. They covered it up and brushed it off. I hate these people. I know a few friends who worked here on different projects and the feedback is always the same. No conditions and no rights! Not once has someone left willingly or received unemployment funding. I myself was forced out by impossible conditions that I couldn't agree to such as an decrease in hours and a pay cut. Also was asked to give up my holiday days for when that transfer should happen. They said if I didn't give up my holidays that I might as well leave. Awful dishonest people hiring and firing hundreds and thousands of people yearly and monthly. By the way, they won't consider your CV if you have worked for them in the past. I was shushed away myself and left with nothing.
