It completely depends on the campaign your doing and your team leaders and management of that specific campaign I worked for this company on NHS 119 for the first six months that was fairly well run and managed well It was just taking security data and booking people in for their covid jabs over the phone I was then moved on to vaccine passport campaign where I did admin work and although this wasn't exactly fun it was nice to get some admin expierence and to get off the phones for a few months team leaders were pretty good on both these campaigns However after this campaign had completely finished they scrapped the campaign everyone was moved to HMPO and my god this was hell from the start screaming customers and poor training and things constantly going down on the call a lot of people left the training I was tempted to because it really did suck I gave it my all nut found this was just too much fore to take i asked to move this time but since they said I needed to be on the campaign I just said I'm sorry I can't do that my mental health suffered immensely and a lot of people left this campaign can't blame them it was horrendous bad management extremely poor training and the services just kept on crashing every day the only upside was that Thier was a lot of free time So yes depends what campaign your on
A most disgraceful way this company operates, no respect for their employees. They even hung up on me when i called them. This organisation should stop recruiting and leave this type of work to the professionals, very poor indeed, I don't recommend anyone join this company ever.
Avoid like the plague!.I used to work for this narcissistic company for 2 years, I changed to another campaign hoping it would be better but only to receive a slap in the face!I should of left as soon as I stepped through the door, the senior management and the HR team only decided to ignore all of my technical support requests for almost a month and guess what, decided to forge my employee account by pretending they had someone’s name, address and telephone number on file as an excuse for being non supportive so they could performance manage me out!I do not know how they keep receiving “the great place to work award” each year, they must be forging this too!This company is very corrupt. Do not work for them unless you want to end up like a withered up crippled piece of veg!
I had to work for teleperformance, very amateur way it runs their trade with people, I was told in my home country that everything was perfect and done and could start the job when I get down there is nothing that has said right for almost no guidance that guidance I got could you use for nothing the codes did not work, guide says it calls back but never does I will not even recommend people work for them you for promised gold and green forests but in the end you stand on the road and people are pretty indifferent with you
I'm deadly trying to return the equipment that I was received from TP for the NHS job, and I didn't join that job. It's about 3 months I used to drop Voice messages at 0800 100 180 many times and contact Kelly Services but no response at all.So kindly the collection of equipment.Very bad services for that, So I should be liable for the equipment that I was received? I have evidence like email that I used to send Kelly Services and call records of 0800 100 180.
Worst company i have ever worked for 16 months of hell on virgin media campaign had zero training put straight onto the phones for constant complaints team leaders are bullies had Microsoft teams for any help we needed which it was non existent dont know how i lasted so long they dont care about employees bums on seats i am so glad to be out of there they also witheld my last pay said i owed them money
I witnessed managers drink while in office (i had a drink after being offere) but manager was a raging alcholic who showed up to work drunk. One manager hid cakes under my desk and said "i know you wont eat these" relating to the private information i told her about my eating disorder. she also told me she wouldnt want her daughter to turn out like me. they made fun of my relationship while i was in a toxic relationship that hurt me and to top it off.2 Men sniggered while they tried to accuse me of having sex on a call when the real story was i am a woman who has a period and has cramps.if you want good mental health stay away.
I worked for the Greek Department. I am sure that the main hub of the company doesn't know what's going on .. What i saw was awful, they gain access to their employees work computer and change stats about their work etc to sabotage them if they want to. The only way to survive in there is to kiss asses major time and never tell anyone any lack of transparency they(the teamleaders etc,not the company) might have. You must mind your own business. Also the TL's there have serious ego issues and probably will get you fired if you don't kiss their ass also.. As i said the main hub of the company doesn't know a thing on what is going on to the lower levels of the hierarchy.. Funny thing is that in the Greek hub you never know who is above who when you have a problem with those above you.With the company as a company i have no problem at all i do think they must re-evaluate their mess in Greece.. Thank God i am back in Uganda.
This company are absolutely diabolical. Low wage for an extremely high stress job with a huge lack of training. In the first stages we were given a “trainer” who wasn’t even a trainer and 3 weeks in we had to start completely over with someone different. This new individual was a manager and had absolutely no interest in training a group and made it very apparent he didn’t want to be there. We had constant issues with pay and even being docked for IT issues and the IT team is as good as nothing. As a group we were not given one single contact number for anyone and were just left to it. When it came to taking calls we had no idea due to the lack of training, it became apparent that we weren’t the only ones when other newly trained advisors were telling customer to hang up and call back and hopefully they would get someone answering who knows more. Through out we had asked for further training and were laughed at and basically told to get on with it. Managers had even argued with staff members when the question of more training was asked and told “it was our job” and to “get on with it”. The staff overlooking us and monitoring our calls were highly patronising and unprofessional, referring to us as “mate” and telling us to “be careful”, also marking us as awol when we were online resulting again in being unpaid. We were even told in a training session that if anyone experienced racial abuse we were not allowed to terminate the call. The company as a whole lack massively in communication skills and it shows through out the whole business. We started as a group of 20 and are now down to 4. This company made our whole team dread turning on their computers every morning and overall the companies standards just aren’t good enough. Everyone in this company is incompetent and the HR team is non-existent, so any problems you have you are on your own, and good luck getting through to anyone as you have 0 contacts to get in touch with.
