I applied to Teleperformance for the Godaddy campaign they had on 2 months ago. The woman I interviewed with and spoke to were really amazing and nice. Very warm. BUT they screwed up my background check. Hiring was delayed by a month. They said i would be interviewed again but they are no longer working GoDaddy and rather an aggressive sales position for Twitter. I was interview more recently and the only guy who interviewed me was terrible. He asked me how I would aggressively sell to different sectors for advertising on twitter. I stated everything i would do given leads or not. He asked me to be honest and asked what i would prefer sales or customer service and support? I said I would do sales and that Customer service and support are things I prefer due to sales roles being high turnover and strict sales quotas. I just got off the phone with them and they said that Liv, the guy who interviewed me: said i was not wanting the job and i was not good at sales. I am beyond frustrated. Company said I was suppose to be in training already and that i was going to be paid for the interview just to be not hired for being honest. This company is used to hiring people with no criminal backgrounds due to knowone knowing how to read a police report. the thirst party system they use is also something they do not know how to read. They apologized several times over the situation. I interview up to 4 times with a great experience until Liv took the interview. This was nothing but the company looking for any reason not to hire. Interview was rushed and at no point did he look at any details from other interviews. I never had such a frustrating experience with a company while hiring. I was given an opportunity just to have them take it away due to there own issues and how they even run anything. They are the most unorganized company you can even apply to.I just got off the phone with the bad news about employment when i was told i had a bunch of people at the office saying i was such a promising candidate. I applied to this company 20 times in 2 years just to be told no over one pierce of shit guy who cant interview people. Every other person was amazing and helpful. This was the first job that reached out over hundreds of applications other then scam jobs. If you take anything away from this is that the company is terrible, unorganized, shady, and do not follow any kind of protocol or outline given by the client for hiring. I have not wanted to sue a company for sheer neglect so hard. I wish someone would do something about it but they are not caring to. I tried and put in my best. I feel like an idiot for thinking this lowly rated company had anything to really offer in terms of consistency. They cant even do the hiring process correctly. My heart goes out to all the ones on reddit who have many experiences with this company. My hat goes off to the ones who got a job from this trash company.

Spoiler: that glowing early score becomes the statistical human shield they use to plaster “Best Place to Work™” across every job ad.Once actual calls start, the truth appears. I wasn’t handling simple password resets — I got the lost souls of the telecom underworld: 2G hermits, rural shadowfolk, waterfall dwellers, people whose phones had been dead longer than their electricity. I solved real problems. My metrics tanked anyway.Then I got pneumonia — real, documented pneumonia. I couldn’t talk without sounding like a ghost choking on a kazoo. I asked for unpaid time to recover. Their response?“If you can’t handle this job, maybe you should find a job you can handle.”The job was sitting in a chair talking into a headset.Meanwhile, Mexico’s IMSS misdiagnosed me with COPD and gave me the same line: “Find a job you can handle.”Two institutions.Same scripted dismissal.Same bizarre expectation that someone actively drowning in their own lungs should deliver sparkling KPIs.And all the while, Teleperformance continues funneling brand-new hires through their survey pipeline — collecting rave reviews from people still sipping the free onboarding coffee before the real work even starts.Great Place to Work® doesn’t certify culture.They certify optimism harvested from people who haven’t been gaslit yet.Teleperformance didn’t fire me because I was bad at the job.They fired me because I saw the strings — and because pneumonia doesn’t fit neatly into their metrics dashboard.If you see their “Great Place to Work™” sticker, ask yourself:Certified when?Certified by who?And were they still alive when they clicked 10/10?Avoid this place unless you enjoy corporate gaslighting, broken headsets, and being told to “find a job you can handle” while you’re literally fighting for breath.
I've just read other reviews of TP on here and many seem to have had a similar bad experience to me.I applied to work on the UC helpline, working from home, which is run by TP. It's a job I have previously done when it was run by Serco. Having done some online tests, I was offered a position to start on 13th Jan 2025. That was quite some weeks before. So I stopped looking for a job because I thought this was in the bag.Two weeks before start date (30th Dec) I received an email to say TP was significantly reducing the number of people needed, and therefore I wouldn't be able to start on 13th Jan but they would keep me updated. I have heard nothing since.It's obviously very disappointing as I stopped looking for a job as I thought this was going to happen.There doesn't seem to be anyone at TP to contact about this, because it would be nice to know what's going on.
Don’t fall for the Teleperformance corporate propaganda nonsense, Stay Away from Teleperformance and STAY SAFE!Teleperformance do NOT honour any workers rights, no matter the country, no matter the contract,They are always recruiting because no body stays with Teleperformance - who would voluntarily work in conditions that conflict with human rights? Workers rights are compromised and denied every day.They are an appalling company, focussed on profit, profit, profit and despite their published values, they have double standards - none that support their staff. I was sacked because a storm felled tree brought my home based working to a halt, as it snapped power lines and telephone cables.An act of God, but Teleperformance blame me by making me responsible for the consequences of a storm felled tree.Despicable company.Read Teleperformance feedback everywhere - they ARE loathed by most, only managers ever leave positive comments. Civil rights organizations need to investigate Teleperformance - they are doing their best to turn the clocks back to the 1800’s before human rights, workers rights and any Health & Safety laws.Scurrilous shysters!
Looks like I’ve been lucky. Like some other reviewers here, I only was offered a job at this company to find that I wasn’t getting a job afterall. They just stopped responding in the middle of the onboarding and relocating process, when I had my bags packed to go work for them in Athens from Northern Europe, my home sublet and other job offers turned down. I was due to fly to Athens end November 2024 and start the training for a Google customer service role early in December. On Wednesday before the Monday flight they called me and convinced me my flight ticket would be sent to me “the day after tomorrow at the latest”, that would’ve been the Friday before the planned Monday relocation. I never got the ticket, nor an explanation, not a “sorry”, nothing, they just stopped the correspondence.So, like many other false “as if” hires described here, Teleperformance Hellas left me homeless and jobless for the winter because of my stupidity trusting their false job offer and their false promise of relocation support. Absolutely inhuman, degrading, immoral, reprehensible treatment of potential employees; it should be also illegal, it’s contrary to all the “values” they declare on their website, full inversion. They really do not give a crap about people. I join those who warn: keep away. Don’t become one of their slaves.And yes, I sent a lot of sensitive information to them while I believed in the fake hiring process. What will the copies pf passports, ID cards, birth certificates etc be used for?Notice that on Teleperformance website, you can’t find any names of any representatives of the company. Creepy secrecy, that should be a big red flag. Just think, why not one single name or contact detail of anyone in a managing position? Not for the local branch, not for the company as a whole. Also, a chance of legal action against mistreatment of employees is mentioned as a major risk factor for the value of their stock that is, deservedly, in free fall as we speak.Just stay away.
Absolutely sucks. The company Teleperformance does not have enough heat to keep staff warm and does not allow you to wear a coat because you are not allowed. There is only a 10-minute toilet break, and access to the toilet is limited. You are not allowed to bring paper and pen onto the production floor. You cannot apply for sick leave more than once within 6 months. It is a cold-hearted company that ignores human rights, and it is a soul-draining job. Run away from this company.
I think I had a lucky escape from this company I was due to start December the 9th! I was so happy when I initially got the job and stopped looking for another as i had this one in the bag I made sure i tied up all my loose ends and appointments before the original start date of the 9th to then be told i now start on the 4th only a few days apart which that week i had a couple of appointments that couldn’t be cancelled and which could not be missed that week for my elderly parents i had explained if i can stick with the original start date which the Admin support told me NO i will have to change the appointment date otherwise he will off board me if i have not attended VERY SAVAGE AND RUDE we were going backward and forward i was gobsmacked i then received an email saying they are off boarding me! It shows you what kind of company these people are as i still have there equipment that i packed up back in the box still in my house since beginning of November, which they refuse to come and collect Prior to this i wish i done my due diligence into this company could of saved myself alot of time and energy, a company with a high staff turnover over really needs to be investigated as they say something in the buttermilk is not clean
When i started they told me that there is a 500 pound bonus for good attendance. They never paid! When i left the compnay they refused to pay me my final month salary despite giving them sufficient notice. This company is the worst place you can be unfortunate to work with. I worked unusual hours, with very little break, infact it is beyond horror. Someone needs to really scrutinise this compnay there is something totlally not right.
