Must be a scam!! If it’s not, why would ANY government in the world use THIS ‘recruitment’ agency?? NHS seems to be, thru DWP. It’s shocking - they want so much personal information for a minimum wage contract role, that actually seems like slave work (remote call centre work, 9 hours minus one hour spread over 3 mini breaks - 15x2 & one 30 mins). All their blurb seems supportive but there is no support thru their whole recruitment process. No contact number.Just back and forth with useless David over email. Who is probably AI for all its lack of real humaneness and its, also useless one liners: ‘I’ve resent the document’ but David, it’s not attached. And others. Real Faulty Towers, it’s actually comedic.
Teleperformance Lithuania is not paying taxes and they are not willing to provide you service contract with that you register yourself as private company owner they grant you Job Contract as company but they are not paying taxes as company just throwing to you to deal with it. If Teleperformance cares about reputation they have to do something
The above reviews are true. I started in one campaign. Training was lacking. Training constantly changed and were expected to handle all workload while training constantly changed. Wage increased twice yet my next 5 wageslips decreased each month.Just put us on another campaign. New training. Lack of management. The workload is non stop... Dwp constantly changed its laws and again noone trains you properly.You do a massive amount of work for peanuts tbh. And just told us we will now need to work even harder and learn another campaign which includes even more training and its neverending.It isnt worth working here.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone with any decency Unless u like to work under slavery environment with no help I left on my first day of training HR are useless they gave me wrong address and treat u as a piece of commodity not more
Scam company! You can stick your poxy job up your arse for all I care. No one makes a mockery out of me. Hope DWP pull your contract so the recruitment people know how it feels being on the receiving end. I do not ever give negative reviews but you can tell this company has seriously pissed me off. I imagine my experience is partially related to Apple who is the client. First I was extremely ill for months. Was hospitalized. Tried to get an adjustment to my schedule to get doctor's appointments. The woman took a month to contact my, lying said she tried daily. My pay never increased despite my work load increasing. Unrealistic expectations of getting customers off the phone in under 15 minutes and being put on disciplinary actions when not meeting Unrealistic goals yet my csat always at the top along with my issue resolution and to supposedly cut my talk time im given additional steps to take which takes more time all this daily stress and that dont even include some of the rude customers. So yea f apple not wanting to pay employees for time off gotta work Thanksgiving and Christmas but apple can afford to donate millions to the felon in chief and f teleperformance for their idiotic procedures.
Extremely Disappointed – Unpaid Salary & Poor CommunicationWorst company but they big on mental and emotional health what a joke, I worked at Teleperformance South Africa and was recently terminated after a disciplinary process. I was informed in writing that my final salary would be paid on the 1st of the new month. It's now past that date, and I have not received any payment or payslip, mind you they took my leave days without consent and also gave my last payslip in February a big company.What’s worse is that I’ve had to chase HR repeatedly with no clear answers, no urgency, and no accountability. I received my UI19 form but not the money I am legally owed, despite multiple emails and escalating my case. The silence from their side is unacceptable, and it has placed me under serious financial stress.I’ve now escalated this matter to the Department of Labour.Teleperformance talks a lot about people and values, but my experience shows the complete opposite. When you leave the company, it feels like they wash their hands of you, no matter how long or how hard you worked there.If you’re thinking of joining this company, ask yourself: would you be okay with being treated like this?They think nothing of you.
My son worked for this company for nearly one year. They found all faults with his work. Never an issue before now they have dismissed him. A horrible nasty company. How they get away with treating people like shite is beyond me. Very fast to say they will come to pick up equipment. But I told my son do NOT give them the equipment until they give you all your pay as they have a tendency of not paying what is due. Cheek of it!!! Avoid this scam of a company nasty people !!
I completed every step of the process, but my application was wrongly withdrawn. I turned down other offers for this role, and the team took no responsibility for their mistake. Extremely disappointing and careless handling.
