The team at The Appliance Depot have been great with us. We had a problem with an appliance we bought from them but the problem was not of their making. They have been absolutely fantastic in trying to get things sorted for us. I would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing from them again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. IVE MANAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO ON GOOGLE PROVING I WAS NOT SWEARING AND THAT THEY LIED! AND GUESS WHAT THEYHAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY VIDEO I SENT THEM. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. We got a smeg oven from them.It came so dirty it had the old owners dinner still in it. It didn't always work and made such a noise that we were forced to get them collect it. On collection I was once again one man collecting it. Thankfully my husband was home! The gentleman collecting it dropped it of the pavement onto one of our cars. Thankfully not a neighbours. When John the the manager called he was just rude! Asked why I was filming not helping I politely advised him of my age and heart condition and that my husband was thankfully here to help. John's attitude was what did I expect from a 2nd hand oven. So I'm out of pocket having paid an electrician to install and the amount of cleaning products used. John had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a replacement from them. Please stay away from here and go elsewhere. The whole experience has been vile. The below reply is a complete lie! I have it recorded and I was not swearing! The car damaged was not on the drive but on the road! It is dented. The only email sent to me was the one asking for the oven to be disconnected! Your reply just proves what a bad company you are. The oven wasn't advertised as dirty. I hope you all sleep well at night knowing you are telling lies. The videos proves no swearing. Not once did he ask me to stop. The mark and dent on car is black not cream. I wasn't offered such a replacement and I wouldn't want another product from them! AVOLD AT ALL COST!Yet again still lying! Please supply mobile number so I can send the video via WhatsApp. Its not cream and you are obviously saying I'm not telling the truth. The mark is BLACK! give me a mobile number and I'll prove he isn't telling the truth. Video on FacebookOnce again the video is to long to send via email cutting the video is no good! I've tagged your company via Facebook on the full video! I wish I carried on recording outside to prove the lies. I just want my many back and for someone else not to experience the delivery service you offer. Thankfully the car you damaged is old but it could well have not have been. Take this opportunity to rethink your delivery method and give the tools required to your drivers. Next time you can end up with a large claim. On the video your driver mentions not being insured for some things. Please check the video on social media as your reply and my video states to different story's.
Ordered a washer dryer and it seems to have an electrical fault, we cannot get warranty as this product is 7/8 years old according to candy. We rang up about a refund and the lady in the phone was very rude and said she knows nothing about complaints so a manager would phone back which they never have. I have now had to purchase yet another appliance from elsewhere as it doesn’t look like anyone wants to deal with the problem.
