Extremely bad experience with delivery service. The driver called Ben refused to take our fridge away and left it half way through our hallway. And for twice, the same guy didn’t deliver the name fridge and freeze. Can customer service please contact us!! When the driver drove off half way through delivery, the van almost hit me! I need the manager John to call me back asap!
I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received, I bought a Smeg oven at a discounted rate as it was ‘graded’. They were incredibly transparent about the marks on the oven which were minimal and gave a great discount. Staff were very personable and deliver was prompt and communication was great. Highly recommend
I was struggling to understand which kitchen mixer tap to order and the guys ay Appliance depot were brilliant from start to finish. Not only was the tap the cheapest I could find online, the patience from the team in answering my questions and my indecisiveness was really appreciated. tap came faster than expected too. Thanks guys :)

Company did not contact me on the hob delivery and I had to call them once a week for three consecutive weeks to arrange the delivery and every time they promissed to deliver next Tuesday. At the end of the third week they have asked for my photo ID to provide. This company are big scammers and I have reported them to the police. Soon we will need passport to go to MCDonalds
Fast, efficient and very helpful. Dishwasher had broken needed replacement quickly they gave advise was very informative which helped to make my decision. Delivery was on time and the product is faultless… I will always check with these guys before going anywhere else
I bought a Bosch fridge from these people in July. It had a few dents and we decided we could live with them. The fridge took 2 weeks to deliver which was fine. Our kitchen was not quite ready for it so we carefully stored the fridge in a brand new garage. Its summer so no extreme temperatures etc. It was there one week. We carefully moved it into our kitchen and left if for a couple of days to settle. Turned it on and found it doesnt work. The fridge part cools but only to about 15 degrees. The freezer part doesnt work at all. When i called the person on the phone was rather rude and unhelpful. She said we shouldnt have left it in the garage for so long! Its ridiculous to argue that that has affected the fridge. She then said i have to deal with Bosch. Bosch are keeping me waiting more than a week to come and repair. In theory i am entitled to a new fridge because its within one month. But Bosch say that is only through the retailer and this lot certainly wont help. I m so angry. We should have paid the extra couple of hundred quid and bought it through a reputable retailer. Avoid this lot like the plague
