Great price and simple collection.The damage was more extensive than listed, perhaps as a result of handling at the Appliance Depot, and there was no packaging except some bubble wrap around the sides only (not the bottom), so there were extra scratches where it was moved on the concrete floor of the warehouse.
Just taken delivery of a Bosch fridge freezer. Was described as graded, and being in perfect condition. But packaging was tatty. Very happy customer as it is in perfect condition and for a great price. Excellent service. Helpful, friendly staff and delivery was on time.
The wife convinced us to go for a new Siemens fridge freezer from the Appliance Depot. For once she was right! Top notch customer service and a great product. Sensing my vulnerability we also acquired a Bosch washing machine soon after. Prompt, free delivery. Kitchen looking great at last.
I recently purchased a Neff Washer / Dryer with a saving of £400. It was new in box not ex- display or damaged stock. I shopped around and The Appliance Depot price could not be beaten.The purchase was straight forward and the delivery guy was very helpful.I can not recommend this company highly enough, I will be using again in the future for electrical appliances.
Bought Smeg tap which was squeaking, another one was sent with squeaks and dent. I sent an image and email to the company but had absolutely no response. Gave up on them and bought tap elsewhere. I would be careful buying from them. I bought sink which was fine but taps are faulty.
