Purchased a Smeg range cooker and a Bosch American style fridge freezer from them.The cooker was discounted to a good price considering the very minor damage to the enamel paint that was easily repaired.The fridge freezer was basically brand new an unmarked in its full from factory packaging, and after the discount offer they had running it was a good price. After installing the fridge freezer and waiting 24hr before turning it on, it was quickly identified as faulty (after 4hrs the fridge was minus 4 and no matter what you did it sat at this temp). After contacting TAD with this issue the fridge freezer was very quickly replaced with the same model etc.This was a hassle but you could get just the same when buying from Currys etc.I would 100% recommend using TAD &
