LOVE LOVE LOVE

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I have bought three of their cases now and their art is so pretty. I drop my phone a ton and it always stays protected. My most recent case had an issue with the print peeling and their customer service resolved the issue within a day sending me a new case. I had 3 different people responding to my messages and each one was very kind and helpful.

Great cases and Top Notch Customer Service

First off, the cases are very high quality and look amazing. Second, the customer service at The Diary might be the best I have ever experienced with an online retailer. We ordered the case for our daughters birthday, but ordered it for the wrong type of phone. It was 100% our error but they shipped out a new case promptly, with no judgement on us for making the mistkae. Our family will for sure buy more cases from The Diary.
