Gareth was extremely helpful. I have been a regular customer of the essence vault for a number of years with no issues. It appeared my recent order was lost by the courier which was frustrating. Gareth sorted this problem out quickly and I had my replacement order with the next day or two. He made me feel like a valued customer and I can't thank him enough.
From order to wearing, the company is very good. They have got the smells right, they last and aren't too overpriced or overpowering. I've used another 2 companies that make cheaper than brand perfumes and they don't even come close to Essence vault and I've not been paid to say this. I won't go anywhere else for my perfumes now. Only down side I want more added to the list ❤️🙏🏽 please don't get too pricey either.
This was my first time ordering so I was unsure how long lasting the scent would be and if they’d even be accurate. I couldn’t believe how much they smell like the real thing, I was expecting it to wear off quickly but to my surprise it lasts all day! I can even smell it still on the hoodie I wore yesterday! Time to order more for Christmas presents.
